Peter King, of SI.com, reports Florida QB Tim Tebow could be selected somewhere in the No. 28 to No. 45 overall pick range in the NFL Draft, to a team willing to be patient with him at quarterback and maybe to allow him to help the team in other ways immediately. Tebow definitely helped himself with the aggressive remaking of his throwing motion at his Pro Day workout.

Jeff Darlington, of The Miami Herald, reports Miami Dolphins RB Ronnie Brown was arrested late Friday, March 19, for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol outside of Atlanta, according to two sources. Brown was arrested after an officer pulled him over for making a lane change without using his blinker, according to the sources. He was released from jail early Saturday, March 20. Brown did not perform well during the field-sobriety test, which contributed to the officer's decision to arrest Brown. The charges could soon be reduced to a traffic violation in the coming days.

Mankins was offered the one-year, $3.268 million deal that's accorded to the high tender in the restricted free-agent system. Since Mankins hasn't signed the tender, and isn't under contract, he's under no obligation to show up for any of the team's offseason activities, voluntary or mandatory.

In making the decision, it won't be a football-only decision. There will be other considerations. We want to have a comfort level with him and, like I said, we're still in the information-gathering stage."
