Jason La Canfora, of NFL.com, reports Florida QB Tim Tebow remains undecided about whether or not he will attend the NFL Draft, according to his agent, Jimmy Sexton. Sexton said that with the draft now spread over three days "they're a lot more flexible" about what a player would have to do while in New York. Sexton said prospects attending the draft must be in New York by the Tuesday of draft week, but during the event itself, they would have a lot more freedom to leave the green room, return to their hotel and work with the league about how long the player would attend should he begin to slip out of the first round.

Vito Stellino, of The Florida Times-Union, reports Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Jack Del Rio said QB David Garrard is the team's starting quarterback, despite Garrard recently saying he would have to outplay QB Luke McCown in training camp to keep his job. "Dave's our quarterback. Dave created that (quarterback controversy). He just helped our local guys to have something to track during training camp," Del Rio said. "Dave is our guy, Luke's the backup and we'll continue to look for a third."

His arm length was measured at 33 inches and his hands at 9 1/4 inches. He ran 10 yards in the 1.79 to 1.81-second range, 20 yards in 2.90 seconds and 40 yards in the 5.00 to 5.10-second range. He also ran the short shuttle in 4.56 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.50 seconds. He measured a 28-inch vertical jump, a 9-foot 1/2 broad jump and completed 25 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.
