My knee's feeling a lot better. As far as throwing the ball, I can step into it and let it go as good as I ever have," Stafford said. Stafford is also working hard to improve. He is going through his first full offseason as the team's clear-cut No. 1 quarterback. Stafford is spending extra time working with his receivers on the side, too.

QB | Caleb Hanie | Chicago Bears | Free Agents
Chicago Bears QB Caleb Hanie said he believes he can win the No. 2 quarterback job this season even if the team signs a veteran free agent, reports Vaughn McClure, of the Chicago Tribune.

Running Back

Houston Texans RB Steve Slaton said during a radio interview that he currently weighs 200 pounds and will play this season between 202 pounds and 205 pounds like he did in his rookie season, reports John McClain, of the Houston Chronicle. Slaton played at 215 pounds last season.

RB | Brian Westbrook | Free Agent | Free Agents

WR | Antonio Bryant | Cincinnati Bengals | Fantasy
Cincinnati Bengals WR Antonio Bryant said learning the team's offense has gone well so far, reports Joe Reedy, of The Cincinnati Enquirer. He credits offensive coordinator Bob Bratkowski with helping him adjust. In seven previous seasons, Bryant has had eight offensive coordinators and 13 quarterbacks on four teams, so learning a new system and adjusting to a new quarterback isn't anything new for him. Bryant said he is a visual learner and Bratkowski is doing a good job of laying out film on certain plays. "It's a lot easier understanding it when you're running it against someone," Bryant said. He also feels working with QB Carson Palmer will help him elevate his game. "With him, it's about precision and timing, and that will help me pick my game up. That's something I have lacked for the most part everywhere I've been," Bryant said. "I know what to expect because it's been consistent so far."

WR | Roy Williams | Dallas Cowboys | Fantasy
Dallas Cowboys WR Roy Williams said he has been lifting more weight this offseason than last, reports Todd Archer, of The Dallas Morning News. Although he was listed at 215 pounds last year, Williams said he was around the 209-211 range. "I've gotten a lot stronger and I think that within itself is going to take my game to another level," Williams said. Williams thought he was not strong enough at that weight last year and he would like to play at 215 pounds this upcoming season. "I think if I'm my normal 215 and powerful, I think I'll be fine," Williams said.

TE | Jermichael Finley | Green Bay Packers | Injury, Fantasy
Updating earlier reports, Green Bay Packers TE Jermichael Finley (knee) tweeted his knee is not hurt, it just is a "tad bit weak." Finley went on to say he is still running the same and there is nothing wrong.

TE | Reggie Kelly | Cincinnati Bengals | Injury
Cincinnati Bengals TE Reggie Kelly (Achilles') had a strength test on his injured leg in December that showed his injured leg is 100 percent healthy, reports Joe Reedy, of The Cincinnati Enquirer. Kelly would like to run routes and work with the team during OTAs or their June minicamp to knock off some rust before training camp. He will, however, take it slow and not rush things, as he realizes it is going to take some time to get into football shape.
