Buffalo Bills QB Ryan Fitzpatrick has been sacked only one time in the first three games of the season, which is the lowest total among starting quarterbacks.

QB | Vince Young | Philadelphia Eagles | Injury
Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid said he does not think QB Vince Young (hamstring) is ready to play at this point but is getting closer to returning.

QB | Michael Vick | Philadelphia Eagles | Injury, Breaking, Fantasy
Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid said Monday, Sept. 26, that tests showed that QB Michael Vick (hand) does not have a fractured right hand. Instead, he appears to be dealing with swelling from a contusion. Reid said Vick will be monitored over the next several days but the swelling has to come down before he will be cleared.

QB | Peyton Manning | Indianapolis Colts | Injury, Fantasy
Updating a previous item, Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay said via Twitter that QB Peyton Manning (neck) is not certain to miss the entire season. Manning's status is considered month-to-month and there is an outside chance he could return in December.

QB | Philip Rivers | San Diego Chargers | Fantasy
San Diego Chargers QB Philip Rivers has been intercepted twice in all three of the team's games this season. It is the first time in his career that Rivers has been intercepted twice in three straight games. Head coach Norv Turner acknowledged that Rivers has been trying to do too much at times.

QB | Kerry Collins | Indianapolis Colts | Injury
Indianapolis Colts head coach Jim Caldwell said he would not know QB Kerry Collins' (concussion) status for Week 4 until more evaluation take place. However, Caldwell also said health wouldn't be the only factor in choosing his starter, adding he would "look at all the other factors involved."

QB | Jay Cutler | Chicago Bears | Fantasy
Chicago Bears QB Jay Cutler is not happy with how unbalanced the team's offense has been over the last two games. "We're 0-2 doing this, so it's not looking very good," Cutler said. The Bears rushed just 12 times for 13 yards in Week 3, their lowest rushing total since at least 1960. Cutler, meanwhile, threw 37 passes in the game. Offensive coordinator Mike Martz called 43 pass plays and only nine running plays in Week 3. A week earlier, Martz called 52 passes and 11 runs in a loss to the New Orleans Saints.

QB | Tony Romo | Dallas Cowboys | Injury, Fantasy
Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo (rib, lung) is not putting himself at further risk by playing in the team's Week 3 game. "I don't think so," said Dr. Mark Adickes, an orthopedic surgeon. "He just had a little bit of air between his lung and chest wall, a little crack in his rib. They'll pad it up. He'll be fine."

Oakland Raiders RB Darren McFadden (groin) said following the team's Week 3 game that his groin injury is not serious and he expects to be fine.

RB | Jahvid Best | Detroit Lions | Injury, Fantasy
Detroit Lions RB Jahvid Best (thigh) said Sunday, Sept. 25, that he bruised his thigh in Week 3 against the Minnesota Vikings, and he had some pain. That led to a bit of a decreased role.

RB | Frank Gore | San Francisco 49ers | Injury, Fantasy
Updating a previous report, San Francisco 49ers RB Frank Gore (ankle) suffered a sprained right ankle in Week 3 against the Cincinnati Bengals. After the game, he said he wasn't sure about his status for Week 4. Backup RB Kendall Hunter stepped up in his absence, scoring the game-winning TD run in the fourth quarter.

RB | Jason Snelling | Atlanta Falcons | Injury, Fantasy
Atlanta Falcons RB Jason Snelling (head) suffered a head injury in Week 3 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.


Fullback

FB | Jacob Hester | San Diego Chargers | Injury
San Diego Chargers DL Antonio Garay (undisclosed) and FB Jacob Hester (undisclosed) left the Week 3 game against the Kansas City Chiefs briefly, but both were able to return and finish the game.


Wide Receiver

WR | Mohamed Massaquoi | Cleveland Browns | Injury
Cleveland Browns head coach Pat Shurmur said WRs Joshua Cribbs (groin) and Mohamed Massaquoi (foot) got through Week 3 without any problems with their injuries.

WR | Randy Moss | Retired | Fantasy
The Dallas Cowboys are not interested in signing retired WR Randy Moss. It has been reported that Moss would be willing to listen of the Cowboys called him.

WR | Mario Manningham | New York Giants | Injury, Fantasy
New York Giants WR Mario Manningham (concussion) said he has been cleared to participate in practice this week and expects to play Week 4.

WR | Riley Cooper | Philadelphia Eagles | Injury
Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid said WR Riley Cooper (concussion) is doing well after suffering a concussion in Week 3. Cooper will have undergo tests before being allowed to play again.

WR | Jeremy Maclin | Philadelphia Eagles | Injury, Fantasy
Updating a previous report, Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid said WR Jeremy Maclin's (hamstring) hamstring is not as bad as initially thought and that Maclin is considered day-to-day. Maclin underwent an MRI but there was nothing significant wrong.

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Mike Wallace ranks second in NFL receiving yards (125.7) and catches per game (seven). He ranks third among league leaders in yards per catch (18.0).

WR | Denarius Moore | Oakland Raiders | Fantasy
Oakland Raiders head coach Hue Jackson said he will continue to scheme more plays for WR Denarius Moore as Moore continues to impress in his rookie season. Moore finished with four receptions for 34 yards and turned the back end of a double reverse into a touchdown in Week 3. "Give it to 17, Denarius Moore," Jackson said. "Let your players make plays. That's what I'm trying to create here. I'm going to create an environment where our great players can do something special ... (Moore) is becoming a really, really fine football player."

WR | Sidney Rice | Seattle Seahawks | Injury, Fantasy
Seattle Seahawks WR Sidney Rice (shoulder) made his regular season debut in Week 3 against the Arizona Cardinals. He had eight receptions for 109 yards.

WR | Roy Williams | Chicago Bears | Fantasy
Chicago Bears WR Roy Williams was targeted four times in Week 3 against the Green Bay Packers, but he was held without a reception.

WR | Patrick Crayton | San Diego Chargers | Injury, Fantasy
San Diego Chargers WR Patrick Crayton (ankle) made his regular season debut in Week 3 against the Kansas City Chiefs. He tied a game-high with five receptions for 47 yards, seeing plenty of work with WR Malcom Floyd (groin) not quite 100 percent.

WR | Kenny Britt | Tennessee Titans | Injury, Fantasy
The Tennessee Titans are worried that WR Kenny Britt (knee) suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament as well as a torn medial collateral ligament in Week 3. Britt will undergo an MRI Monday, Sept. 26, to find out the extent of the injury.

WR | Wes Welker | New England Patriots | Fantasy
New England Patriots WR Wes Welker caught 16 passes for 217 yards and two touchdowns in Week 3 against the Buffalo Bills. The 217 receiving yards set a franchise record.


Tight End

TE | Jeff Cumberland | New York Jets | Injury
New York Jets TE Jeff Cumberland (Achilles') will miss the rest of the season because of a torn Achilles' tendon he suffered in Week 3. He underwent an MRI Monday, Sept. 26, and it revealed to tear. He is expected to be out for around six months.

TE | Jermichael Finley | Green Bay Packers | Fantasy
Green Bay Packers TE Jermichael Finley hauled in three TD receptions in Week 3 against the Chicago Bears. He finished with seven receptions and 85 yards. He is just the second TE in franchise history to haul in three scores in a single game.


Place Kicker

PK | David Buehler | Dallas Cowboys | Injury
Dallas Cowboys PK David Buehler (hip) will be a game-time decision for Week 3. He will go on the field before the game and attempt some kickoffs to see how he feels. If he feels good during pregame, then he will play in the game.

PK | Phil Dawson | Cleveland Browns | Fantasy
Cleveland Browns PK Phil Dawson moved past Don Cockroft into second place on the team's career scoring list behind Hall of Famer Lou Groza with his five points in Week 3 against the Miami Dolphins.

PK | Billy A. Cundiff | Baltimore Ravens | Injury, Fantasy
Baltimore Ravens PK Billy A. Cundiff (leg) suffered a bruised leg in the Week 3 win against the St. Louis Rams.

PK | Ryan Succop | Kansas City Chiefs | Fantasy
Kansas City Chiefs head coach Todd Haley said after the Week 3 game against the San Diego Chargers that PK Ryan Succop is still an "integral" part of the team. Succop misfired on a 38-yard field goal chance wide to the right in the 20-17 setback.

Oakland Raiders PK Sebastian Janikowski (foot) was not affected by a foot injury which had him probable for Week 3 against the New York Jets. He posted two field goals (54, 49) with four extra points.

Cleveland Browns head coach Pat Shurmur said OT Joe Thomas (knee) suffered a knee strain in Week 3 but should be able to play in Week 4.

OT | Max Starks | Free Agent | Free Agents
The Minnesota Vikings are scheduled to meet with free-agent OT Max Starks (Steelers) Monday, Sept. 26.

OT | Vernon Carey | Miami Dolphins | Injury
Updating a previous report, Miami Dolphins OG Vernon Carey (shoulder) suffered a right shoulder injury in the first quarter of Week 3 against the Cleveland Browns, and he was unable to return. He'll be re-evaluated Monday, Sept. 26.

OT | Jonathan Scott | Pittsburgh Steelers | Injury
Pittsburgh Steelers OT Jonathan Scott (ankle) injured his ankle in the fourth quarter of the Week 3 game against the Indianapolis Colts. Scott was helped off the field by the training staff. He was replaced by OT Marcus Gilbert (shoulder), who left earlier in the game due to injury.

OT | Bryan Bulaga | Green Bay Packers | Injury
Green Bay Packers OT Bryan Bulaga (knee) suffered a bruised left knee in the second half of the Week 3 game against the Chicago Bears and he did not return.


Guard

Cleveland Browns OG Eric Steinbach (back) has been cleared to begin rehabbing after undergoing back surgery right before the season began.

Cleveland Browns DL Phil Taylor (knee) suffered a sprained medial collateral ligament in Week 3 against the Miami Dolphins, but he was able to return to the game.

DL | Jacques Cesaire | San Diego Chargers | Injury
San Diego Chargers DL Jacques Cesaire (knee) left the Week 3 game against the Kansas City Chiefs due to a knee injury.

DL | Antonio Garay | San Diego Chargers | Injury
San Diego Chargers DL Antonio Garay (undisclosed) and FB Jacob Hester (undisclosed) left the Week 3 game against the Kansas City Chiefs briefly, but both were able to return and finish the game.

DL | Matt Shaughnessy | Oakland Raiders | Injury
Oakland Raiders DL Matt Shaughnessy (shoulder) suffered a shoulder injury in Week 3 against the New York Jets.

LB | Mario Williams | Houston Texans | Injury
Houston Texans LB Mario Williams (knee) left the game in Week 3 because of a knee injury but was able to return to the game a few plays later.


Cornerback

CB | Aaron Williams | Buffalo Bills | Injury
Buffalo Bills head coach Chan Gailey said CB Aaron Williams' (chest) chest injury is not expected to keep him out for the rest of the season. Williams was scheduled to undergo tests on his injury after the game.

CB | Chris X. Johnson | Oakland Raiders | Injury
Updating a previous item, Oakland Raiders CB Chris X. Johnson (hamstring) suffered a hamstring injury in week 3 and did not return.

CB | Antonio Cromartie | New York Jets | Injury
According to a source, New York Jets CB Antonio Cromartie (lungs) suffered bruised lungs in the Week 3 loss against the Oakland Raiders.

CB | Dunta Robinson | Atlanta Falcons | Injury
Atlanta Falcons CB Dunta Robinson (neck) suffered a neck injury in Week 3 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

CB | Quentin Jammer | San Diego Chargers | Injury
San Diego Chargers CB Quentin Jammer (hamstring) left the Week 3 game against the Kansas City Chiefs and did not return. However, he was walking fine after the game and indicated he expects to be ready in Week 4.

CB | Brandon Flowers | Kansas City Chiefs | Injury
Kansas City Chiefs CB Brandon Flowers (ankle) said Sunday, Sept. 25, that he suffered an ankle injury, not a knee ailment, in the Week 3 loss against the San Diego Chargers. He will have X-rays when he returns to Kansas City, but he was able to walk in the locker room afterward. He said if there is any way to play in Week 4 against the Minnesota Vikings, he will be in the starting lineup.


Strong Safety

SS | Donte Whitner | San Francisco 49ers | Injury
San Francisco 49ers SS Donte Whitner (hip) suffered a hip injury on the first drive of the game in Week 3 against the Cincinnati Bengals and he was unable to return. "It's just a minor injury that a lot of guys get in this league," Whitner said. "(That) was until I couldn't handle the pain. But I'll be ready. It's not that serious." FS Reggie Smith stepped up in his absence in nickel situations, and he had a diving interception in the final two minutes of the game to clinch victory.


Free Safety

FS | LaRon Landry | Washington Redskins | Injury
Washington Redskins FS LaRon Landry (hamstring) is expected to start in Week 3 and is not expected to have any restrictions on his play.

FS | Cody Grimm | Tampa Bay Buccaneers | Injury
Tampa Bay Buccaneers FS Cody Grimm (knee) suffered a knee injury in Week 3 against the Atlanta Falcons in the second half and he did not return.

FS | Michael Huff | Oakland Raiders | Injury
Oakland Raiders FS Michael Huff (concussion) suffered a concussion in Week 3 against the New York Jets. He was unable to return.
