Fantasy Basketball Rankings: Guards

by Tommy Beer on December 7, 2011 @ 09:58:58 PDT

Earlier this week we released the preseason Top-100 Overall rankings for the 2011-2012 NBA season; now it's time to begin breaking down the performers at each individual position. We'll start with the guards.

Chris Paul

At this early juncture -- training camps have yet to open -- and the frenzy of free agency will shake things up, the fantasy fortunes of many players could change dramatically over the coming weeks. So check back in regularly for updated rankings....

In addition, it is important to mention that, as always, these rankings are based on a nine-category rotisserie league format (the nine categories being: points, assists, rebounds, steals, blocks, three-pointers made, turnovers, FG%, and FT%).

Also please note that any player with guard eligibility in Yahoo! Fantasy Leagues will be listed; which means that many players will be ranked at multiple positions, i.e. guard as well as forward...
