Michael Egnew, TE, Miami Dolphins

The Miami Dolphins selected Missouri tight end Michael Egnew with the 78th pick in the 2012 NFL Draft.

Fantasy analysis: Egnew has good size at 6-foot-5, 252 pounds. He probably will step in as the No. 2 tight end behind Anthony Fasano, and his long-term role should be as that of a starter. Egnew can grow with Ryan Tannehill.

Even though Egnew is an athletic, pass-catching tight end, fantasy leaguers can avoid Egnew in all formats at this time because of an expected lack of playing time. Keep an eye on his offseason progression if Anthony Fasano is released.
