QB | Joe Webb | Minnesota Vikings | Fantasy
Minnesota Vikings QB Joe Webb will concentrate primarily on the quarterback position during minicamp and training camp. Last season he entered camp uncertain if he would be used at quarterback or as a wide receiver. "Yeah, it's easier," Webb said, about not having to concentrate on multiple positions. "But quarterback is still a difficult position. You still have to be on top of your game. Study the game and know where you're going to go with the ball."

QB | John Parker Wilson | Atlanta Falcons | Depth Chart Tidbit, Fantasy
Atlanta Falcons QBs Dominique Davis and John Parker Wilson are expected to compete for the third quarterback job behind starter QB Matt Ryan and backup QB Chris Redman.

QB | Matt Schaub | Houston Texans | Fantasy
Houston Texans QB Matt Schaub is entering the final year of his contract but the team may take a wait-and-see approach before deciding whether to offer him an extension. The team does not negotiate contracts during the season so Schaub may have to wait until after the season if they do not reach an agreement before the end of training camp.

QB | Kyle Orton | Dallas Cowboys | Injury
Dallas Cowboys QB Kyle Orton (hamstring) dealt with a minor hamstring injury during minicamp last week but should be fine for training camp.

QB | Robert Griffin III | Washington Redskins | Fantasy
Washington Redskins offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan said he has told QB Robert Griffin III to throw during the off time before training camp because it will allow him to play without thinking during games. "If your body isn't constantly going through those reps ... just constantly for that muscle memory, you're going to get in that pocket in the heat of battle and you're going to be thinking," Shanahan said. "And once you're thinking, you're going to be hit."

Running Back

RB | Jacquizz Rodgers | Atlanta Falcons | Depth Chart Tidbit, Fantasy
Atlanta Falcons RB Jacquizz Rodgers and Jason Snelling are expected to have a heated battle during training camp and the preseason for the primary backup job to starter RB Michael Turner.

RB | LeSean McCoy | Philadelphia Eagles | Fantasy
Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid and offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg came up with new looks during minicamp that split out RB LeSean McCoy, almost as a flanker, to take advantage of his improved receiving skills. The Eagles are expected to put the ball in McCoy's hands frequently yet again in 2012. He saw 321 touches last season, fourth-most in the NFL, and he was fifth in total yards.

RB | LeGarrette Blount | Tampa Bay Buccaneers | Fantasy
Tampa Bay Buccaneers RB LeGarrette Blount has been practicing with urgency this offseason because he understands he will have to compete for touches with RB Doug Martin.

Wide Receiver

WR | Darrius Heyward-Bey | Oakland Raiders | Fantasy
Oakland Raiders WR Darrius Heyward-Bey performed well during organized team activities (OTAs) and minicamp, and he looked like a legitimate No. 1 wide receiver.

WR | Kerry Meier | Atlanta Falcons | Depth Chart Tidbit, Fantasy
The Atlanta Falcons have WRs Julio Jones and Roddy White as starters, and WR Harry Douglas is likely entrenched as the third receiver. However, after that, the competition for jobs is wide open. WRs Michael Calvin, Kevin Cone, Drew Davis and Kerry Meier are expected to battle for the fourth receiver job, with WRs Marcus Jackson, Cody Pearcy, James Rodgers and Kenny Stafford also in the hunt for a roster spot.

Tight End

TE | Rob Gronkowski | New England Patriots | Injury, Fantasy
New England Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski (ankle) said Monday, June 18, that his ankle is feeling "great." Gronkowski also touched on his new six-year, $54 million deal. "I'm just happy. Both sides are really happy," Gronkowski said. "I love all my fans out there. It's a great community, a great team. It's awesome going out there every single Sunday in front of that crowd. I'm happy to be here long-term, definitely. It all worked out well."

TE | Michael Palmer | Atlanta Falcons | Fantasy
Atlanta Falcons TE Tony Gonzalez is obviously entrenched as the starter, but the Falcons have several players jockeying for the primary backup job. TEs Marquez Branson, Lamark Brown, Tommy Gallarda, Adam Nissley, Michael Palmer and Aron White are all battling for roster spots.

TE | Bo Scaife | Free Agent | Transaction
The New England Patriots have released TE Bo Scaife and OL Mike Ingersoll.

LB | Stewart Bradley | Arizona Cardinals | Depth Chart Tidbit
Arizona Cardinals LB Paris Lenon is expected to keep his starting job as strong-side linebacker, with LB Stewart Bradley there to push him. Bradley is coming off the bench not because of poor play, but mainly due to Lenon's incredibly solid play.

Arizona Cardinals CB Patrick Peterson made it to the Pro Bowl in his rookie season as a return man, but he needs to improve his work as a cover man in Year 2.

CB | Greg Toler | Arizona Cardinals | Depth Chart Tidbit
