If the Arizona Cardinals elect to carry just two quarterbacks with QB John Skelton (ankle) potentially sidelined, QB Ryan Lindley would serve as the primary backup to QB Kevin Kolb.

The Houston Texans have signed QB Matt Schaub to a four-year contract extension worth $62 million. The deal includes $24.75 million in guaranteed money.

Pittsburgh Steelers OT Marcus Gilbert (knee) left the Week 1 game against the Denver Broncos in the first half due to a knee injury. His return is questionable. OT Mike X. Adams replaced him.

Jacksonville Jaguars OT Eben Britton (ankle) suffered an ankle injury Week 1 and will not return to the game.

Chicago Bears LB Brian Urlacher (knee) was not happy about being pulled out of the team's Week 1 game with over 10 minutes remaining. The Bears wanted to rest Urlacher so that he will be ready for Week 2 against the Green Bay Packers. "That was a changeup," Urlacher said. "No, I don't like coming out of the game. But that's the head coach. I do what he says."

Tennessee Titans LB Colin McCarthy (foot) had a walking boot on his right foot following Week 1 but said he'll be OK.

"I was kind of concerned, but I spoke with him," CB Tim Jennings said of Tillman. "He said he's going to be fine. He'll get some treatment. It's nothing serious that we have to worry about."

Detroit Lions CB Bill Bentley (concussion) suffered a concussion in the third quarter of the Week 1 game against the St. Louis Rams. He was replaced by CB Drayton Florence.
