RB | Montee Ball | Denver Broncos | Fantasy
The Denver Broncos could use a running-back-by-committee approach at running back with RBs Montee Ball and Ronnie Hillman getting most of the carries, and RB Knowshon Moreno also receiving playing time.

Fullback

FB | Vonta Leach | Free Agent | Free Agents, Fantasy
Free-agent FB Vonta Leach (Ravens) is willing to keep waiting to see if another team will give him a large contract. The Miami Dolphins are interested in signing him to a low-money deal, and they remain the favorites to land him, unless another team comes out of the woodworks and offers him something he can't turn down.

Wide Receiver

WR | Riley Cooper | Philadelphia Eagles | Depth Chart Tidbit
Philadelphia Eagles WR Riley Cooper could be in danger of being cut during training camp if he doesn't step up.

WR | Hakeem Nicks | New York Giants | Transaction, Free Agents
New York Giants WR Victor Cruz has advice for WR Hakeem Nicks as he begins the process of trying to get a new contract. "Just stay level-headed," Cruz said. "Take my approach and don't say anything. You don't need to say anything. There's nothing to say that's going to help your cause, at least publicly. Just stay with your family, stay grounded, stay in communication with your agent and let him know exactly what you want and what you're looking for. That's all you need. And then everything will unfold from there. Just take it one day at a time, understand that it's going to be a process, be patient, always keep your body ready to go and you should be OK."

WR | Joseph Hastings | Miami Dolphins | Transaction
The Miami Dolphins have placed WR Joseph Hastings on the Reserve/Retired list.

WR | Robert Woods | Buffalo Bills | Fantasy
Buffalo Bills WR Robert Woods said he believes he is a complete receiver because he can be pick up first downs but could also be a playmaker in the open field. "I can be a possession receiver because I can catch the quick passes and pick up the first down, but I can also make a guy miss and go the distance. So I would say I'm probably more of a complete receiver because I can do it all. I can play inside or outside," Woods said. Woods is expected to have the chance to contribute immediately at different receiver spots.

WR | Rueben Randle | New York Giants | Depth Chart Tidbit, Fantasy
New York Giants WRs Rueben Randle and Louis Murphy are expected to compete for the No. 3 wide receiver job during training camp.

WR | DeWayne Peace | NFL Draft Prospect | Draft
The 2013 NFL Supplemental Draft will take place Thursday, July 11, and the six eligible players for this year's draft include UNLV DE James Boyd, UNLV DT Nate Holloway, Central Florida DE Toby Jackson, Houston WR DeWayne Peace, Purdue WR O.J. Ross and South Alabama CB Damond Smith. There isn't an obvious draft pick among this lot, however.

Tight End

TE | Aaron Hernandez | Free Agent | Free Agents, Fantasy
New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft said free-agent TE Aaron Hernandez (Patriots) duped him if he was involved in the murder of Odin Lloyd, because Hernandez was a good person when he was around the team's facility. "When he was in our building, we never saw anything where he was not polite. He was always respectful to me. We only know what's going on inside the building. We don't put private eyes on people," Kraft said.

Offensive Tackle

OT | Ryan Clady | Denver Broncos | Free Agents
The Denver Broncos have made progress in contract talks with franchise free-agent OT Ryan Clady by improving their offer to him. Clady rejected a five-year deal worth $50 million last year. The new proposal would make Clady the second highest paid offensive lineman in the league.

Defensive Line

DL | Marcell Dareus | Buffalo Bills | Depth Chart Tidbit
Buffalo Bills DT Marcell Dareus isn't being handed a job this season and will battle to keep his starting job. He's battling DT Jay Ross for snaps in four-man fronts.

DL | Jared Allen | Minnesota Vikings | Injury
Minnesota Vikings DE Jared Allen (shoulder) said he will be ready for the start of training camp. He is recovering from offseason shoulder surgery.

DL | Terrence Cody | Baltimore Ravens | Injury
Baltimore Ravens DT Terrence Cody (hip) is making steady progress in his recovery from offseason hip surgery but likely will be eased into contact drills once training camp starts. He said he probably will be ready for the start of the regular season.

Linebacker

LB | Barrett Green | Free Agent | Injury
Former NFL LB Barrett Green is suing the Washington Redskins, Tennessee Titans senior defensive assistant Gregg Williams and former NFL TE Robert Royal for allegedly ending his career. Green said his knee injury resulted from a bounty program in which the Redskins' coaches encouraged players to intentionally injure opponents. He said the injury was the result of an "unusual, outrageous and an obvious cheap shot."

Free Safety

FS | Jairus Byrd | Buffalo Bills | Free Agents
The Buffalo Bills are not close to a contract agreement with franchise free-agent FS Jairus Byrd, and there is no scheduled talks to occur in the near future.

FS | Josh Bush | New York Jets | Depth Chart Tidbit
New York Jets FS Josh Bush is considered the favorite to win the starting safety job opposite SS Dawan Landry during training camp.
