White Sox | Chris Sale confident he'll make next start

Chicago White Sox SP Chris Sale (shoulder) fought hard to make his start Wednesday, May 22, but the team made the final decision to skip his start in favor of SP Hector Santiago. Sale is sitting out with a mild case of tendonitis in his left posterior shoulder. However, he is adamant that he'll make his next start against the Chicago Cubs Tuesday, May 28. The team admitted that they are taking a cautious approach with Sale.

Fantasy Tip: Durability concerns have surrounded Sale since he came up to the major leagues. His lanky build has fueled those concerns, and the White Sox have continued to take steps to keep him healthy over the long run. This appears to be another one of those scenarios. Continue to roll with Sale as a fantasy ace in the meantime, but selling high on him might not be a bad idea.
