Browns | Brian Hoyer views himself as starter
Cleveland Browns QB Brian Hoyer (knee) feels that he is the team's starting quarterback heading into the 2014 season. Hoyer is currently ahead of schedule in his rehab from a torn ligament in his knee last October, and head coach Mike Pettine thinks Hoyer will be a full participant in training camp.
Fantasy Tip: As of now, Hoyer should be considered the starter. However, the Browns remain heavily in the mix to select a QB with the fourth overall selection in the draft, which could push Hoyer to backup duties. If Hoyer does start the year as the No. 1 QB, he's a midrange fantasy QB2 at best.
