Carolina Panthers WR Kelvin Benjamin (knee) said he woke up feeling great Tuesday, July 29. Benjamin said he will wait for the OK from trainers before returning.
FANTASY TIP: This appears to be good news and Benjamin should not miss much practice time.

Seattle Seahawks OT Eric Winston has played most of his career at right tackle, so his signing may mean the team isn't happy with OT Justin Britt, who has received all of the first-team snaps in training camp. OT Michael Bowie (shoulder), who was expected to compete for the starting job, is out due to injury. Britt has looked good in run blocking but has struggled with pass blocking.

Indianapolis Colts RB Ahmad Bradshaw has been consistent so far in camp, and he's not showing any limitations with his neck, which caused him to miss the final 13 games of last season. "He looks fantastic," head coach Chuck Pagano said. "He has found the groove to make it. We know how tough Ahmad is. We know how he's wired, so I'm not going to be pulling back on the reins. He's one of those guys we have to protect them from themselves. It will take care of itself. He's not one of those guys that will think about what he went through."
FANTASY TIP: Bradshaw is an interesting fantasy option. He's extremely risky because of his health, but if he enters the season fully healthy and Trent Richardson continues to be bothered by injuries or poor performance, Bradshaw could easily usurp him as the top back for the Colts. Bradshaw's stock is slowly rising right now.

Updating a previous report, Washington Redskins WR Pierre Garcon (hamstring) could return to practice Wednesday, July 30, after suffering a minor hamstring injury in practice. "I'll be good," Garcon said. "No need to really rush it, or trying put everything to the wall right now. It is the first week of training camp."
FANTASY TIP: Not a surprise that the team would be cautious with Garcon this early in camp. This does not sound like something to be concerned with.

The Cleveland Browns are expected to be active in exploring free-agent wide receivers. Their receiving corps doesn't have much size outside of likely suspended WR Josh Gordon. WRs Miles Austin and Nate Burleson have long injury histories. Cleveland may pursue CFL standout Duron Carter, son of Hall of Famer Cris Carter, once his season is complete.
FANTASY TIP: Andrew Hawkins could be a candidate to emerge out of the slot, but he's anything but tall. We wouldn't throw much at any of the non-Gordon wideouts until Cleveland finalizes its roster and depth chart.

New York Giants WR Odell Beckham Jr. (hamstring) said tests taken Monday, July 28, revealed blood in the hamstring. Beckham said he felt good when he entered training camp.
FANTASY TIP: Beckham still has some work to do to get back on the field. The good news is that it is early in training camp and Beckham will still have plenty of time to get back in the mix.

Cleveland Browns QB Brian Hoyer (knee) is outperforming rookie QB Johnny Manziel so far in camp, and the starting quarterback job has been Hoyer's job to lose, as observed by Jason La Canfora. Hoyer looks crisper with his mental speed, including actions in the huddle, at the line and during plays. Hoyer is not gun-shy as his recovery from a torn anterior cruciate ligament continues "to wow the Browns," according to La Canfora. Manziel also has acted somewhat guarded around his new teammates.
FANTASY TIP: Neither will be a desirable fantasy starting option if Cleveland can't make up for the likely loss of Josh Gordon, possibly for the season. Hoyer's performance in 2013 gives him the initial edge unless Manziel turns things around in a drastic way. That being said, Hoyer is nothing more than a desperation QB2 and, ideally, a third you can tuck away in a deep game.
