Buffalo Bills QB EJ Manuel (knees) is healthy entering voluntary workouts and feels normal and had no limitations during the Tuesday, April 22 conditioning program. Bills head coach Doug Marrone expects Manuel to continue developing and believes in his potential.
FANTASY TIP: Manuel should be on your radar only in leagues requiring two starting quarterbacks or the deepest of formats.

Kansas City Chiefs WR Dwayne Bowe is focused more on working hard with his teammates and winning than individual statistics entering the 2014 season. Bowe also hired a personal trainer and nutritionist.
FANTASY TIP: Bowe has the potential to be a solid value pick in later rounds because of the volume of targets he'll receive. The upside may be limited, but the floor is borderline starter territory, especially in PPR formats, where he is a third fantasy option. Bowe bounced back from his previous career-worst season with his best in 2010.

Baltimore Ravens RB Ray Rice looks great physically, according to strength and conditioning coach Bob Rogucki. "He's doing some things differently as far as his diet and so forth, and he told me has a handle on it," Rogucki said. "Whatever he did from the end of the season until now, he's in a good position right now."
