Updating a previous report, Cleveland Browns RB Terrance West (undisclosed) said on his Twitter page that he passed his conditioning test and people need to "stop making up your own stories." Per the NFL's official transaction log, West was indeed placed on the non-football injury list.

All New England Patriots players who reported to training camp Wednesday, July 23, passed their physicals and conditioning tests. No one was placed on the Physically Unable to Perform list.

Baltimore Ravens WR Steve Smith's hands have impressed Ravens QB Joe Flacco. "Just his natural ability to catch the ball with his hands," Flacco said. "He catches everything with his hands, and he does a great job doing it."

Detroit Lions WR Golden Tate (undisclosed) will start training camp on the Physically Unable to Perform List, according to a league source.
FANTASY TIP: Tate did not practice at all during minicamp with an undisclosed injury, and it appears that issue is still bothering him. Check back when there is more information on the extent of the injury.
