Huddle Up: Kamara is arguably the best receiving threat out the backfield in all of football. He has caught 81 balls in each of his first two seasons and must be drafted in the first round, especially with Drew Brees expected to return.
-

Huddle Up: Kamara showed he was able to co-exists with Mark Ingram in the backfield and be a productive fantasy option, especially for those in PPR leagues. If the duo splits the workload again in 2019 in the Crescent City, Kamara is still a must-start across the board in all fantasy formats.
-
Posted: 1/13/2019 5:16pm ET
Huddle Up: Kamara continues to deliver for fantasy owners thanks in large part to his versatility as a runner and receiver. Expect more of the same against the Rams in the conference title game. Kamara piled up 116 total yards and three touchdowns in a win over the Rams back in Week 9.
-

Huddle Up: The Saints locked up the No. 1 seed in the NFC playoffs so it's conceivable the team could either limit the snaps of their key components or rest them completely in a meaningless Week 17 game, so keep that in mind if your fantasy league rolls into the final week.
-
Posted: 12/17/2018 8:20pm ET
Huddle Up: Kamara and Mark Ingram were grinding it out on the ground, but the offenses were both struggling in this surprisingly defensively battle. If you had Kamara going, he was easily the fantasy player of the night. The Saints will host the Steelers in Week 16 in the Big Easy.
-
Posted: 12/9/2018 4:39pm ET
Huddle Up: Kamara split the carries with Mark Ingram and the production was similar, with Kamara doing better in the pass game. The Saints will play another divisional game on the road against the Carolina Panthers on Monday night in Week 15.
-
Posted: 11/29/2018 8:15pm ET
Huddle Up: It wasn't his best game by any means, but Kamara's owners can breathe a sigh of relief that he avoided a potentially serious injury after a helmet-to-helmet hit from Jaylon Smith.
-
Posted: 11/22/2018 8:22pm ET
Huddle Up: It was a mediocre game by Kamara's standards, and he was a victim of Drew Brees spreading the ball around. Expect more typical numbers moving forward.
-
Posted: 11/18/2018 7:31pm ET
Huddle Up: Kamara and Mark Ingram are the best one-two backfield punch in the league right now, and even though both are producing at a high rate they're each must-start fantasy options and not cannibalizing each other. The Saints will host the Falcons in Week 12 on Thanksgiving night.
-
Posted: 11/18/2018 9:07am ET
Huddle Up: Despite the initial fears following Mark Ingram's two-TD return in Week 5, Kamara has remained option 1A in the Big Easy and an elite fantasy back with an average of 21.2 (standard scoring) and 25.5 (PPR) fantasy points in the four games since.
-
Posted: 11/11/2018 1:14pm ET
Huddle Up: Kamara had just 102 total scrimmage yards to 162 for Mark Ingram, but at least Kamara found his way into the end zone twice to just once for Ingram. There was plenty of football to go around for the Saints on this day, as they scored 51 points. In Week 11 and beyond, Kamara is still the preferred fantasy option between the two, and he remains a must-have RB2 against the Philadelphia Eagles.
-
Posted: 11/4/2018 6:57pm ET
Huddle Up: Kamara was a handful for the Rams, who just had no answer for him. Not many people do. He had 23 total touches to just 10 for Mark Ingram, so he can be extremely productive for fantasy owners despite the presence of Ingram. The Saints hit the road for Cincinnati in Week 10.
-
Posted: 11/2/2018 3:21pm ET
Huddle Up: It's all hands on deck for the Saints against the Rams in this key NFC showdown, as only Marcus Davenport is even on the injury report. Kamara was under the weather Thursday, but is in no way in danger of missing Sunday's game. He is a solid low-end RB1 or must-start RB2 in all fantasy formats.
-
Posted: 11/1/2018 4:35pm ET
Huddle Up: Kamara was only sidelined Thursday due to an illness, so his owners need not worry. He'll occupy his usual RB1 role and the second-year tailback could post bigger numbers than usual with a likely high-scoring date opposite the Rams on tap for Week 9.
-
Posted: 11/1/2018 12:12pm ET
Huddle Up: It is not known if Kamara is dealing with an injury or if he is just receiving some time off, so owners will need to monitor the situation. Kamara is a must-start option in all leagues if he is healthy.
-
Posted: 10/28/2018 8:19pm ET
Huddle Up: Kamara split carries evenly with Mark Ingram, but as was the case for much of last year, it didn't stop him from putting up big numbers.
-
Posted: 10/21/2018 7:46pm ET
Huddle Up: Kamara had just nine touches in Mark Ingram's first game back from suspension, but he was back to his normal workload against Baltimore. Kamara owners can breath a sigh of relief.
-
Posted: 10/15/2018 9:07am ET
Huddle Up: Kamara's reduced role in Week 5 sent quite a few owners into a bit of a panic, but the expectation moving forward should be that he sees a few more touches in every game than Ingram. The second-year back should have little issue performing at an RB1 level the rest of the way, so owners should leave him locked into lineups for the remainder of the season.
-
Posted: 10/8/2018 8:30pm ET
Huddle Up: That's not exactly what Kamara's fantasy owners were expecting, especially on a night when the Saints dropped 43 points on the Redskins. The return of Mark Ingram from a four-game suspension was expected to take some touches away from Kamara, but Ingram had two scores and a total of 18 touches while Kamara took a backseat and was unproductive when in there. Fantasy owners of Kamara hope it's just a one-game thing. He'll look to bounce back in Baltimore in Week 6.
-
Posted: 10/6/2018 1:11pm ET
Huddle Up: Kamara faces a tough matchup on the ground, as Washington ranks seventh in the NFL in rushing defense allowing just 90.7 yards per game with two touchdowns. Of course, Kamara is also a threat through the air, and with Ted Ginn Jr. sidelined, Kamara could see even more targets on Monday.
-
Posted: 10/4/2018 4:22pm ET
Huddle Up: This is just the Saints managing Kamara's reps during the week, as the former Tennessee product should be perfectly fine for the team's upcoming Monday Night Football matchup at home opposite the Redskins. Even with Mark Ingram coming back from suspension, Kamara will remain an obvious RB1.
-
Posted: 10/1/2018 8:14pm ET
Huddle Up: Kamara will get a chance to show his skills in front of a national audience on Monday night in Week 5 against the Washington Redskins. He continues to show why he was a top fantasy target on draft day.
-
Posted: 9/30/2018 8:24pm ET
Huddle Up: The impending return of Mark Ingram will eat into Kamara's touches a bit going forward, but he's still a high-end RB1 heading into a Week 5 matchup against the Washington Redskins.
-
Posted: 9/28/2018 1:33pm ET
Huddle Up: Kamara is ready to roll against the Giants in the team's first outdoor game of 2018. He is searching for his first touchdown since Week 1, and he has racked up just 141 yards (3.8 yards per carry) through three games. However, he has been amazing in the pass game, posting 30 grabs for 289 yards and one score. Despite his average rushing numbers, he remains a bona fide RB1 in all formats.
-
Posted: 9/27/2018 3:28pm ET
Huddle Up: Kamara should receive his normal workload in Week 4 and has been one of the top performers in point-per-reception leagues. He can continue to be seen as a No. 1 running back even with Mark Ingram returning soon.
-
Posted: 9/26/2018 3:39pm ET
Huddle Up: It's uncertain if Kamara is dealing with a moderate injury or if he was just being preserved for the Week 4 game against the New York Giants. It's likely the latter, so fantasy should feel confident using him. However, check back Friday just to make sure, as the official injury report will confirm his availability.
-
Posted: 9/23/2018 4:09pm ET
Huddle Up: Fantasy owners could complain that Kamara was held out of the end zone, and he hasn't scored since registering three touchdowns in Week 1. However, fantasy owners can't complain too vehemently. He'll look to keep it going in Week 4 on the road against the Giants in the first game of the season outdoors for the Saints.
-
Posted: 9/16/2018 1:49pm ET
Huddle Up: Kamara has lost some touches to Mike Gillislee but is still a big part of the team's offense. He should be considered a No. 1 or No. 2 fantasy running back in all leagues next week.
-
Posted: 9/9/2018 1:51pm ET
Huddle Up: Kamara was the main option at running back and will continue to be while Mark Ingram serves his suspension. Kamara will have a nice matchup next week and can be considered a No. 1 running back in all leagues.
-
Posted: 8/25/2018 7:50pm ET
Huddle Up: Kamara will try to build on his incredible rookie campaign, and with Mark Ingram suspended to start the year, he should have no trouble doing just that. He's a top-five option at his position in PPR formats.
-
Posted: 7/22/2018 8:14pm ET
Huddle Up: Kamara finished his rookie year as a RB1 while splitting time with Mark Ingram. With Ingram suspended to start the year, Kamara has a golden opportunity to establish himself as a top-five fantasy back, especially in PPR formats.
