• Albert Wilson - WR
    Posted 1/22/19 10:52pm ET

Miami Dolphins WR Albert Wilson (hip) is on schedule with his recovery from an October hip injury that landed him on IR and could be at full speed when the team's offseason workout program begins in April.

Huddle Up: After four largely nondescript seasons in Kansas City, Wilson flashed some playmaking ability before getting injured against the Lions. There are far too many variables in Miami for an accurate read on Wilson's fantasy prospects for 2019, but he did enough last year to warrant your attention.

  • Ryan Tannehill - QB
    Posted 1/12/19 1:18pm ET

Miami Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill is one of the quarterbacks the Jacksonville Jaguars are considering pursuing this offseason, according to sources.

Huddle Up: Tannehill is expected to be traded or released this offseason, but it is not known how many teams may have interest. He has been limited to 24 games over the last two seasons because of injuries and probably would only be a No. 2 fantasy quarterback if he starts for the Jaguars in 2019.

  • Ryan Tannehill - QB
    Posted 1/4/19 4:51pm ET

Miami Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill is expected to be shopped to other teams this offseason.

Huddle Up: Tannehill is not expected to return to the Dolphins next season and likely will be released if the team is not able to trade him. He could find a starting job next year but likely will be no more than a No. 2 fantasy quarterback.

  • Ryan Tannehill - QB
    Posted 12/31/18 4:39pm ET

Miami Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill is expected to be released or traded this offseason.

Huddle Up: Tannehill has held to under 200 yards in each of his last three games and seven of the 11 games this season. He may be able to find a starting job with another team but should only be a low-end No. 2 fantasy quarterback in leagues next season.

  • DeVante Parker - WR
    Posted 12/31/18 4:31pm ET

Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker is expected to be released this offseason. The team would save $9.4 million salary cap space if they cut Parker.

Huddle Up: Parker probably would receive interest from several teams if available this offseason but may not be able to find a starting job. He has the potential to be a solid receiver and could have fantasy value depending on his next team.

  • Ryan Tannehill - QB
    Posted 12/30/18 1:24pm ET

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills had three grabs for 27 yards on seven targets in Week 17 against the Buffalo Bills and he tossed a three-yard touchdown back to QB Ryan Tannehill.

Huddle Up: Stills had rather erratic production this season, finishing up with 37 grabs, 553 yards and six scores. He has a ton of potential, but probably needs an upgrade in quarterback play to see more fantasy value.

  • Danny Amendola - WR
    Posted 12/30/18 1:22pm ET

Miami Dolphins WR Danny Amendola finished with four grabs for 26 yards on five targets in Week 17 against the Buffalo Bills.

Huddle Up: Amendola finished his first season in Miami with 59 grabs, 575 yards and just one touchdown. The 33-year-old will head into the 2019 season as a decent WR4 in PPR fantasy formats, with much lesser value in standard play.

  • Kenyan Drake - RB
    Posted 12/30/18 1:18pm ET

Miami Dolphins RB Kenyan Drake ran 11 times for 43 yards in Week 17 against the Buffalo Bills and he added five grabs for 52 yards on five targets.

Huddle Up: Drake and Kalen Ballage split the carries down the middle, and that could be a recurring theme heading into the 2019 season barring any offseason personnel additions or draft picks. Drake could be a nice PPR fantasy option next season if he and Ballage are the top two dogs on the block in Miami.

  • Kalen Ballage - RB
    Posted 12/30/18 1:16pm ET

Miami Dolphins RB Kalen Ballage rushed 12 times for 47 yards in Week 17 against the Buffalo Bills.

Huddle Up: Ballage had his chance at more work down the stretch and he handled himself well. It's likely be and Kenyan Drake head into 2019 as the top two backs barring any additional personnel moves or draft picks in the offseason. Ballage could be quite a fantasy sleeper if things stay the way they are in the Miami backfield.

  • Ryan Tannehill - QB
    Posted 12/30/18 1:12pm ET

Miami Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill completed 18-of-31 passes for 147 yards, no touchdowns and two interceptions in the Week 17 game against the Buffalo Bills, but he actually did catch a three-yard touchdown from WR Kenny Stills.

Huddle Up: Tannehill wrapped up the season with just 1,969 passing yards, 17 touchdowns and nine interceptions in 11 games, perhaps his final game under center in Miami.

  • DeVante Parker - WR
    Posted 12/30/18 1:28pm ET

Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker was blanked on three targets in Week 17 against the Buffalo Bills.

Huddle Up: Parker was held to just three grabs for 31 yards on 11 targets in his final four outings, wrapping up another disappointing, erratic and injury-marred season. Perhaps one day the light just goes off for the speed burner, but it's starting to become a recurring theme.

  • Danny Amendola - WR
    Posted 12/28/18 2:08pm ET

Miami Dolphins WR Danny Amendola (knee) practiced in full for the second straight day Friday, Dec. 28 and he is off the injury report ahead of the Week 17 game with the Buffalo Bills.

Huddle Up: Amendola appears to be fine for the finale, and he'll likely see plenty of targets on short to intermediate routes in Buffalo where the temperature will be around the freezing mark with breezy conditions.

  • Ryan Tannehill - QB
    Posted 12/28/18 2:12pm ET

Miami Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill (shoulder, ankle) worked in a limited capacity in practice Friday, Dec. 28, but he was lifted off the injury report ahead of the Week 17 game with the Buffalo Bills.

Huddle Up: Tannehill is expected to make the start under center, but it wouldn't be surprising to see a quick hook if things go off the rails or the team builds a big lead, too. Temperatures will be around freezing with breezy conditions, too, so passing could be rather limited. Fantasy owners and DFS players should start Tannehill at their own risk.

  • DeVante Parker - WR
    Posted 12/27/18 12:27pm ET

Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker will be active for the Week 17 game even though his 2019 salary of $9.37 million would be guaranteed if he suffered a significant injury during the game.

Huddle Up: Parker has not been a big factor in the passing game this season and probably will not receive a lot of targets this week. He should be avoided in all leagues.

  • Ryan Tannehill - QB
    Posted 12/27/18 12:47pm ET

Miami Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill (shoulder, ankle) was limited in practice Thursday, Dec. 27.

Huddle Up: Tannehill is an underrated fantasy quarterback when healthy, but health and a supporting cast have been problematic. A change of scenery would do him well, although he'll stay in the QB2 conversation wherever he is.

  • Danny Amendola - WR
    Posted 12/26/18 1:21pm ET

Miami Dolphins WR Danny Amendola (knee) did not practice Wednesday, Dec. 26.

Huddle Up: Amendola was getting the typical mid-week veteran's rest to preserve him for game day. If he is able to play he is a decent low-end WR4 or flex fantasy option in the regular season finale in Buffalo.

  • Ryan Tannehill - QB
    Posted 12/26/18 1:10pm ET

Miami Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill (shoulder, ankle) took part in a limited practice Wednesday, Dec. 26.

Huddle Up: Tannehill is expected to start in Week 17 despite the fact the team is eliminated from the playoffs. It wouldn't be surprising to see David Fales mix in at some point if the game gets out of hand, or if the team just wants to evaluate the young signal caller during meaningful action. Tannehill isn't a recommended fantasy option in Buffalo.

  • Ryan Tannehill - QB
    Posted 12/24/18 9:30am ET

Miami Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill will get the start in Week 17, according to head coach Adam Gase. There had been speculation the Dolphins would give David Fales a start in the season finale with the team eliminated from the playoffs.

Huddle Up: Owners playing in meaningful Week 17 games and/or counting on Dolphins' players can start them as they normally would. It would not be a surprise if Miami looks to upgrade the position in the offseason, although Gase has been an ardent supporter of Tannehill's since he took the job in 2016.

  • Kalen Ballage - RB
    Posted 12/23/18 6:09pm ET

Miami Dolphins RB Kalen Ballage rushed four times for 10 yards and caught two passes for 39 yards in a 17-7 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 16.

Huddle Up: Ballage didn't take over Frank Gore's role on early downs as many expected, but the Dolphins couldn't generate any type of offense in general. Ballage remains an intriguing keeper option, but he's no more than a flier in DFS formats in the regular season finale.

  • Kenyan Drake - RB
    Posted 12/23/18 6:06pm ET

Miami Dolphins RB Kenyan Drake rushed six times for 23 yards and caught four passes for 31 yards in a 17-7 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 16.

Huddle Up: With Frank Gore sidelined, Drake led the team in carries, but he failed to make an impact. To be fair, the entire Miami offense had a miserable afternoon, and Drake could find more success against the Buffalo Bills in the season finale. Consider him a flex option for that one.

  • Kenny Stills - WR
    Posted 12/23/18 6:13pm ET

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills caught one of his two targets for five yards in a 17-7 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 16.

Huddle Up: Remember that big game Stills had a few weeks back against the Patriots? Well, he's quickly disappeared again. Fantasy owners can ignore him in the Week 17 finale against the Bills.

  • Ryan Tannehill - QB
    Posted 12/23/18 11:16pm ET

Miami Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill completed 15 of 22 passes for 146 yards, one touchdown and one interception during the team's loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, Dec. 23.

Huddle Up: With Miami's season on the line, Tannehill looked awful, capping an uninspired performance with a pick-six that put the Jags up 10 in the fourth. With a Week 17 trip to Buffalo on tap, Tannehill should be avoided.

  • Frank Gore - RB
    Posted 12/21/18 9:14am ET

Miami Dolphins RB Frank Gore (foot) will not need surgery on his injured foot, according to a source, and is expected to be 100 percent in a few weeks.

Huddle Up: Good news for the ultra-tough, 35-year-old Gore, who has already been placed on the Reserve/Injured list and will still be unavailable even if the Dolphins somehow sneak into the playoffs.

  • Frank Gore - RB
    Posted 12/21/18 11:56am ET

Miami Dolphins RB Frank Gore (foot) will not require surgery on his foot injury and will be a free agent at the end of the season. However, the 35-year-old Gore has no plans to retire and intends to return for a 15th season in 2019, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport.

Huddle Up: Gore continues to stiff-arm Father Time and showed enough this year to warrant another one-year deal as an early-down pounder and strong influence in the locker room, whether it be in Miami or somewhere else. He will be difficult to trust as a player set to turn 36 in May regardless of where he ends up, but he figures to make a reasonable bench stash on fantasy benches.

  • Ryan Tannehill - QB
    Posted 12/21/18 12:29pm ET

Miami Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill (ankle, shoulder) was limited during practice Friday, Dec. 21, but is not on the injury report for Week 16.

Huddle Up: Tannehill has posted solid numbers since returning from injury but will be facing one of the better defenses in the NFL this week. He should be avoided in most standard leagues.

  • DeVante Parker - WR
    Posted 12/21/18 12:54pm ET

Miami Dolphins WR DeVante Parker (shoulder) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 21, and is not on the injury report for Week 16.

Huddle Up: Parker has not been a big part in the passing game this season and should be avoided in all fantasy leagues.

  • Kenyan Drake - RB
    Posted 12/21/18 12:50pm ET

Miami Dolphins RB Kenyan Drake (shoulder) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 21, and is not on the injury report for Week 16.

Huddle Up: Drake is not expected to take over the starting job but should continue to be involved in the running and passing game. He can be a flex option in point-per-reception leagues but is not a must-start option.

  • Danny Amendola - WR
    Posted 12/21/18 12:49pm ET

Miami Dolphins WR Danny Amendola (knee) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 21, and is not on the injury report for Week 16.

Huddle Up: Amendola was targeted eight times last week but only finished with 30 yards in that game. He should receive some targets this week but can be benched in most leagues because of the matchup.

  • Kalen Ballage - RB
    Posted 12/21/18 12:49pm ET

Miami Dolphins RB Kalen Ballage (hip) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 21, and is not on the injury report for Week 16.

Huddle Up: Ballage took over when Frank Gore suffered an injury last week and likely will receive most of the carries this week against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He can be a possible flex option in standard leagues.

  • Kalen Ballage - RB
    Posted 12/20/18 2:53pm ET

Miami Dolphins RB Kalen Ballage (hip) fully participated in practice Thursday, Dec. 20.

Huddle Up: Ballage appears to be in line to receive most of the carries with Frank Gore out for the season. He will have a tough matchup this week but can be considered a flex option in standard leagues.
