Miami Dolphins impending free-agent OT Tyson Clabo said he doesn't believe the 144-page report by NFL investigator Ted Wells that describes the team's locker-room culture last season. "I don't think that the people that were around those situations that were in that report feel that was an accurate portrayal of the spirit of those events," Clabo said. "Those things in that report I think probably happened. ... But I don't feel they were harassment for the sake of harassment. No one is trying to hurt anyone's feelings." The Miami Dolphins planned to bulldoze their offensive line well before the much-publicized bullying scandal, as the unit struggled in 2013, allowing a franchise-record 58 sacks. OG John Jerry and OT Richie Incognito are free agents, and due to scheme fit issues the team has little interest in re-signing them before the scandal. And there are concerns about the maturity of C Mike Pouncey, who has been hopeful of re-working his rookie deal this offseason. However, it is highly unlikely to team will lock him up with a multi-year deal after an embarrassing off-the-field year.

The attorney for Miami Dolphins OG Richie Incognito said OT Jonathan Martin used texts that were just as vulgar as the language Incognito used against Martin. Martin allegedly sent texts to Incognito which "included threats to send someone over to Richie Incognito's home with a 'tranquilizer gun and sandpaper condoms' to homosexually rape him" and "another that said he would 'kill (Richie's) whole family." The attorney is also claiming that Martin didn't raise concerns to the team about his bullying until his performance on the field slipped to the point where his roster spot would be in jeopardy.

Suspended Miami Dolphins OG Richie Incognito and at least one other player on the team mocked the ethnic background of a team staff member and made crude jokes about the man's wife. According to one of the sources, Incognito would sometimes dress in garb from the staff member's culture and then make profane jokes about that culture, and a second source said that at least one other player joined in on the antics, creating an extremely uncomfortable environment for the staff member.
