Seattle Mariners manager Lloyd McClendon said SPs Hisashi Iwakuma, Felix Hernandez, Chris R. Young and Roenis Elias will start the team's first four games following the All-Star break. It is not known who will fill the fifth spot in the rotation at this time.

The Seattle Mariners placed SP James Paxton (lat) on the 15-day disabled list Wednesday, April 9, and recalled RP Lucas Luetge from Triple-A Tacoma in a corresponding move.

Fantasy Tip: Attention AL-only manager: Chris R. Young is the likely candidate to take Paxton's spot in the rotation, starting this weekend. Paxton's injury wasn't deemed too serious, but lat issues can pose problems and setbacks for pitchers.
