Cincinnati Bengals LB Jerome Harrison has easily made the transition from the 3-4 defensive scheme he was used to with the Pittsburgh Steelers to the 4-3 alignment of defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer. "He's exceeded my expectations, to be honest with you. Typically, that transition is a little more difficult. Shoot, we're finding a lot of things for him to do," Zimmer said. "The coverage was what I was a little worried about. But he's doing things really well. We'll find a lot of ways to use him in all kinds of different packages."

The Detroit Lions need to address their running back position during the NFL Draft or free-agent market. While RBs Jahvid Best (concussion) and Mikel Leshoure (Achilles') are under contract, the team enters the offseason without a clear No. 1 running back. If Best and Leshoure return at 100 percent, the Lions will be in good shape -- however, that is tough to bank on at this point in time. RBs Joique Bell, Jerome Harrison and Keiland Williams are also under contract.
