Washington Nationals 2B Asdrubal Cabrera would love to stay in Washington. When asked if he was willing to continue to play second base to stay in Washington, Cabrera said, "It depends. A team like this team, a winning team, I would love to play second and love to stay here. I just want to win. I've got eight seasons already. I want to be in the World Series one day."

Washington Nationals SS Asdrubal Cabrera, making the start at second base in his team debut Friday, Aug. 1, against the Philadelphia Phillies, was hitless in four at-bats.

Fantasy Tip: Cabrera is expected to get a majority of the starts at second base down the stretch, and he should gain eligibility there soon in all fantasy formats. It might take a little bit for him to adjust to a new league, but he remains a solid fantasy option in most formats.
