San Francisco Giants OF Gregor Blanco, who is 5-for-41 this season, said he's decided to change his approach and get back to the type of hitter he has been most of his career after trying to hit the ball out of the ballpark to begin the year. "I had to remind myself what kind of player I am," Blanco said. "Just get back the mentality of, `You can do this. You've done it before.' I need to hit the ball on the ground and use my legs. I need to be myself. I know what I am capable of doing." Blanco is essentially the fourth outfielder, and he isn't receiving consistent playing time.
