Dallas Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones reiterated Wednesday, May 15, that the team wants to keep OT Doug Free, but the team would like to reduce his salary. He is due to make $7 million in 2013, and he struggled during the 2012 season. "I think we're on the same page with (Free and his agent), as far as timing," Jones said. "We're positive.
