Oakland Athletics 3B Josh Donaldson had a career-high five hits and drove in four runs in the team's win over the Chicago White Sox Tuesday, Sept. 9. He also scored two runs in the game after striking out four times the previous night. Donaldson noticed the position of his hands was throwing off his timing at the plate after watching video Monday, Sept. 8.

Oakland Athletics 3B Josh Donaldson was homerless in his last 11 games and was hitting just .216 in his last 55 games before launching two home runs in the win Tuesday, Aug. 12. All three of his hits Tuesday night came against pitches on the inner half of the plate.

Fantasy Tip: Donaldson's prolonged slump was probably worrying his fantasy owners, so this two-homer night was a nice sight to see. Hopefully for those that own him, it keeps him hot and breaks him out of his recent funk. Continue to start him.
