Patriots | Key Patriots absent Thursday

Thu, 26 May 2016 15:17:29 -0700

New England Patriots WR Julian Edelman (foot), RB LeGarrette Blount (knee), RB Dion Lewis (knee), WR Danny Amendola (ankle, knee) and TE Rob Gronkowski (undisclosed) did not participate in organized team activities Thursday, May 26.

Fantasy Tip: The Patriots are infamous for their vague injury reports and resting of players. Obviously they're going to take caution with the players listed above, though. As long as none of these guys suffer any setbacks this offseason, they should be good to go for the start of the regular season. Edelman and Gronk should both be viewed as fantasy starters at their respective positions, with more value in PPR formats. Lewis is an RB2 candidate in PPR formats if he can stay healthy, while Blount has RB3 potential if he, too, can keep his health. Amendola is the biggest injury risk; he shouldn't be viewed as more than a low-end WR4 to high-end WR5.

Patriots | Danny Amendola recovering

Mon, 16 May 2016 13:54:28 -0700

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola (knee, ankle) is recovering from a pair of offseason surgeries that could prevent him from being ready for the start of the 2016 season. Amendola had surgery on a troublesome left knee and another surgery to remove a bone spur in his ankle, according to a source. Both surgeries happened early this offseason. It's still too early to know when Amendola will be fully recovered, but his knee will demand a longer recovery schedule than his ankle.

Fantasy Tip: Amendola has had a propensity for injuries during his career. He's only played two full seasons in his seven-year career, and hasn't scored more than three touchdowns in any season either. Don't think of him as more than a low-end WR4, with extra value in PPR formats.

Patriots | Danny Amendola takes big pay cut

Tue, 10 May 2016 07:59:19 -0700

Updating previous reports, New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola can earn $1.6 million in 2016, which is a pay cut of $4.4 million from his last contract. He's set to earn $6.5 million in 2017, but none of it is guaranteed. That means they'll have a decision to make on him again next offseason.

Fantasy Tip: Amendola is useful in PPR leagues because he catches a decent volume of passes. However, most of them are short routes that he has been unable to break very often. He has never racked up more than 689 yards and three touchdowns in his career. He's a decent WR4 that could have an occasional breakout game.

Patriots | Nate Washington could be cut

Mon, 09 May 2016 11:21:54 -0700

New England Patriots WR Nate Washington is not a lock for the final roster, in the opinion of ESPNBoston.com's Mike Reiss. Reiss indicated that only WRs Julian Edelman, Chris Hogan, Danny Amendola and Malcolm Mitchell are locks for the 53-man roster.

Fantasy Tip: It's interesting that a veteran like Washington wouldn't be a guarantee in the Patriots' relatively shallow receiver corps, especially considering Amendola's injury history. Washington should not be viewed as more than a WR5.

Patriots | Danny Amendola restructures

Fri, 06 May 2016 08:08:26 -0700

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola restructured his contract Friday, May 6, according to a source. His deal is for two years and $7.35 million with $750,000 in roster and receptions bonuses.

Fantasy Tip: Amendola has teased fantasy owners at times, but we pretty much know that he's not going to consistently feed us. His 65 grabs last season was pretty good, but he had just 648 yards and three touchdowns. He has never amassed more than 689 yards and three scores in his career. He's a solid WR4 in PPR leagues that can have an occasional breakout game.

Patriots | Malcolm Mitchell fits in New England

Sat, 30 Apr 2016 10:43:17 -0700

New England Patriots WR Malcolm Mitchell has the short-area burst the team looks for in receivers, and beat writer Mike Reiss believes the addition of Mitchell will give the team flexibility in handling the contract situation of WR Danny Amendola.

Fantasy Tip: The Patriots aren't exactly loaded at receiver, so Mitchell could have a chance to make an impact in the near future. He is worth keeping an eye on in standard formats and is worth drafting in dynasty leagues.

Patriots | Danny Amendola done with Pats?

Wed, 16 Mar 2016 22:45:07 -0700

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola might be in danger of losing his job, as a source with knowledge of the situation said Wednesday, March 16, that it's indeed possible Amendola could be released.

Fantasy Tip: The Patriots added Martellus Bennett and Chris Hogan to the receiving game, and Amendola carries a big number against the salary cap. It is possible he could be asked to restructure if he wants to stay, but that remains to be seen. If he does return to New England, with Julian Edelman back to health and a number of receivers added, his fantasy value wouldn't be great since he'll be down the pecking order.

Patriots | Chris Hogan to line up outside

Sat, 12 Mar 2016 15:38:53 -0800

New England Patriots WR Chris Hogan is likely to be the team's "X" receiver with WR Julian Edelman at the "Z" receiver and WR Danny Amendola in the slot. Hogan is bigger and stronger than the other two, but he has some deep-ball skills.

Fantasy Tip: Hogan looks like a nice sleeper as it stands right now. He could very well move into the WR4 range before the season begins.

Patriots | Danny Amendola release not expected

Sun, 31 Jan 2016 12:21:06 -0800

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola is not expected to be released this offseason despite a $6.8 million salary cap hit he would cause. Releasing Amendola would save the Patriots $3.5 million against the salary cap.

Fantasy Tip: The Patriots seem more likely to cut ties with Jerod Mayo in order to save some money as opposed to cutting Amendola. Amendola did have his best season as a Patriot in New England and stayed relatively healthy, which would make cutting him even harder. If he stays, he would likely be the Patriots' No. 2 wide receiver behind Julian Edelman.

Patriots | Three key Patriots active Sunday

Sun, 24 Jan 2016 10:48:37 -0800

New England Patriots WRs Julian Edelman (foot) and Danny Amendola (knee) and TE Rob Gronkowski (knee, back) are all officially active for the AFC Championship against the Denver Broncos Sunday, Jan. 24.

Fantasy Tip: There was really no doubt that these three would play despite their questionable tags. New England's passing game could be utilized early and often against the Broncos; Edelman ($8,100, 16.2% of cap) and Gronk ($8,000, 16.0%) have more upside, but Amendola ($6,100, 12.2%) is also worth a look if you're rostering a FantasyScore playoff team.

Patriots | Three Pats questionable

Fri, 22 Jan 2016 12:51:57 -0800

New England Patriots WRs Danny Amendola (knee) and Julian Edelman (foot) and TE Rob Gronkowski (knee, back) were limited in practice all week and are questionable to face the Denver Broncos in the AFC Championship Sunday, Jan. 24.

Fantasy Tip: All three players will suit up this weekend and could all have a big impact in the passing game. Amendola ($6,100, 12.2% of cap) might be overlooked by most and could thrive with Denver paying more attention to Edelman ($8,100, 16.2% of cap) and Gronkowski ($8,000, 16.0% of cap). It's hard not to like both Edelman and Gronk when they're healthy.

Patriots | Danny Amendola fined

Fri, 22 Jan 2016 05:21:48 -0800

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola was fined for a helmet-to-helmet hit he put on Kansas City Chiefs CB Jamell Fleming in the divisional round, and he plans to appeal.

Fantasy Tip: Amendola ($6,100, 12.2% of cap) is a WR2 consideration against the Denver Broncos on FantasyScore for the AFC title game.

Patriots | Three Patriots limited

Thu, 21 Jan 2016 14:26:41 -0800

New England Patriots WRs Danny Amendola (knee) and Julian Edelman (foot) and TE Rob Gronkowski (knee, back) were all limited in practice for the second straight day Thursday, Jan. 21.

Fantasy Tip: All three players are acceptable picks on FantasyScore this weekend, with Amendola ($6,100, 12.2% of cap) being more of a sleeper of flex play. Gronk ($8,000, 16.0% of cap) has excellent history against the Denver Broncos and is worth paying up for.

Patriots | Three Patriots limited

Wed, 20 Jan 2016 14:53:00 -0800

New England Patriots WRs Danny Amendola (knee) and Julian Edelman (foot) and TE Rob Gronkowski (knee, back) were all limited in practice Wednesday, Jan. 20.

Fantasy Tip: All three players will be fine for the AFC Championship against the Denver Broncos. Both Amendola ($6,100, 12.2% of cap) and Edelman ($8,100, 16.2% of cap) didn't face Denver in the earlier matchup this year, but both are acceptable daily plays even against a tough Broncos defense. Gronk ($8,000, 16.0% of cap) had a nice game against Denver before being hurt in Week 12, and tight ends have been a thorn in the Broncos' side.

Patriots | Several New England WRs could shine

Tue, 19 Jan 2016 20:10:32 -0800

New England Patriots WRs Danny Amendola, Keshawn Martin and Brandon LaFell each recorded at least two receptions last weekend in the win over the Kansas City Chiefs, but their production combined did not come close to that of WR Julian Edelman or TE Rob Gronkowski. Now they move on to face the Denver Broncos Sunday, Jan. 24.

Fantasy Tip: Amendola ($6,100, 12.2% of cap) shined when Edelman was sidelined, but he is now way overpriced in FantasyScore since his targets will be down. Martin ($2,200, 4.4% of cap) posted 57 yards last week on a pair of grabs, and he might be a nice sleeper at a low price. LaFell ($5,800, 11.6% of cap) is also way overpriced with Edelman and Gronk healthy, and he should be avoided, even with limited options across the board.

Patriots | Danny Amendola questionable

Fri, 15 Jan 2016 13:30:48 -0800

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola (knee) was limited during practice Friday, Jan. 15, and is listed as questionable for the divisional round playoff game against the Kansas City Chiefs Saturday, Jan. 16.

Fantasy Tip: Amendola ($6,700, 13.4% of cap) was limited in all three practices this week, so owners will need to check the inactive list before the game. He will be facing a tough Kansas City defense but could still be a decent starting option on FantasyScore.

Patriots | Two New England receivers limited

Thu, 14 Jan 2016 14:06:00 -0800

New England Patriots WRs Danny Amendola (knee) and Julian Edelman (foot) were limited in practice Thursday, Jan. 14.

Fantasy Tip: Edelman ($7,300, 14.6% of cap) and Amendola ($6,700, 13.4%) are both expected to play versus the Kansas City Chiefs despite their limited statuses. Edelman is a good play despite a less than ideal matchup. Amendola is more of a WR3 option.

Patriots | Danny Amendola, Julian Edelman limited

Wed, 13 Jan 2016 14:59:38 -0800

New England Patriots WRs Danny Amendola (knee) and Julian Edelman (foot) were both limited in practice Wednesday, Jan. 13.

Fantasy Tip: Both Amendola ($6,700, 13.4% of cap) and Edelman ($7,300, 14.6% of cap) shouldn't be limited against the Kansas City Chiefs. With the Pats having their full receiving offense back, Amendola is more of a deep sleeper now. Edelman, on the other hand, hasn't played since Nov. 15. He's still valuable as a receiver to build your daily lineup around in the divisional round, though.

Patriots | Danny Amendola may see more time

Mon, 11 Jan 2016 15:32:00 -0800

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola (knee) is expected to be more involved in the offense than he was the last several weeks.

Fantasy Tip: Amendola was held to three catches for 20 yards over the last two games over the final two regular season games but has been working his way back from an injury. He will be a risky option because of his knee but could be a solid starting option if he plays.

Patriots | Danny Amendola should play

Mon, 11 Jan 2016 11:52:08 -0800

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola (knee) looks to be out of the woods with his knee injury and should be able to play this weekend against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Fantasy Tip: With Amendola and Edelman returning, the Patriots look to be as close to full health as they have been all year. The Kansas City Chiefs could have a tough time defending Edelman, Amendola, Rob Gronkowski and James White, making Tom Brady a feasible starting choice for FantasyScore lineups.

Patriots | Danny Amendola active for Week 17

Sun, 03 Jan 2016 07:55:23 -0800

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola (knee) is active for Week 17's game against the Miami Dolphins.

Fantasy Tip: Amendola ($6,600, 13.2% of cap) practiced on a limited basis throughout the week and was listed as questionable on the injury report. There's a possibility that he won't see many snaps this afternoon since New England has already clinched a playoff spot, so he's not a recommended FantasyScore option today.

Patriots | Danny Amendola's status in question

Fri, 01 Jan 2016 14:58:14 -0800

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola (knee) was limited during practice Friday, Jan. 1, and is listed as questionable for the Week 17 game against the Miami Dolphins.

Fantasy Tip: Owners will need to check the inactive list to see if Amendola ($6,600, 13.2% of cap) can play against the Dolphins. There is a chance the team may consider resting him for another week to make sure he is ready for the playoffs, so owners may want to look for other options.

Patriots | Top three WRs limited for Patriots

Thu, 31 Dec 2015 15:49:55 -0800

New England Patriots WRs Danny Amendola (knee), Julian Edelman (foot) and Brandon LaFell (foot) were limited during practice Thursday, Dec. 31.

Fantasy Tip: Owners will have to monitor the situation over the next few days to see which receivers will be able to play against the Miami Dolphins. LaFell ($4,700, 9.4% of cap) was the only one of the three able to play in Week 16 and was held to one catch. Amendola ($6,600, 13.2% of cap) and Edelman ($7,300, 14.6% of cap) missed the last game and their statuses are uncertain for Week 17.

Patriots | Julian Edelman, Danny Amendola limited

Wed, 30 Dec 2015 14:48:48 -0800

New England Patriots WRs Julian Edelman (foot) and Danny Amendola (knee) were both limited in practice Wednesday, Dec. 30.

Fantasy Tip: Both players are expected to be questionable against the Miami Dolphins with home-field advantage throughout the playoffs on the line, but Amendola ($6,600, 13.2% of cap) closer than Edelman ($7,300, 14.6% of cap). If either of them play, they'll be solid FantasyScore choices against a weak Dolphins D. If neither play, Keshawn Martin ($2,300, 4.6% of cap) qualifies as a great deep sleeper choice.

Patriots | Danny Amendola out Sunday

Sun, 27 Dec 2015 09:01:38 -0800

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola (knee) will not play in Week 16's game against the New York Jets.

Fantasy Tip: Amendola ($6,600, 13.2% of cap) was listed as questionable on the injury report and had practiced on a limited basis three times during the week. Brandon LaFell ($4,700, 9.4% of cap) could see more targets against the Jets this afternoon, with both Amendola and Julian Edelman ($8,000, 16.0% of cap) inactive.

Patriots | Two New England receivers questionable

Fri, 25 Dec 2015 13:31:20 -0800

New England Patriots WRs Brandon LaFell (foot) and Danny Amendola (knee) were limited in practice Friday, Dec. 25, and are listed as questionable for the Week 16 game against the New York Jets.

Fantasy Tip: LaFell ($4,700, 9.4% of cap) hasn't caught more than five passes in any game this season and has only topped 66 receiving yards twice. Amendola ($6,600, 13.2% of cap) has more upside, but he also left his last game with the knee injury. There is risk associated with both receivers, but they're attached to a high-powered offense, so there is FantasyScore appeal given the affordable cap hits.

Patriots | Three Pats receivers limited

Thu, 24 Dec 2015 12:46:24 -0800

New England Patriots WRs Danny Amendola (knee), Julian Edelman (foot) and Brandon LaFell (foot) all were limited in practice for the second straight day Thursday, Dec. 24.

Fantasy Tip: Knowing the Patriots, all three will be questionable against the New York Jets. Edelman ($8,000, 16.0% of cap) is probably the least likely to play, so he's the biggest risk. Amendola ($6,600, 13.2% of cap) and LaFell ($4,700, 9.4% of cap) are shaky daily options even if they play, though.

Patriots | Three Pats receivers limited

Wed, 23 Dec 2015 17:14:11 -0800

New England Patriots WRs Danny Amendola (knee), Julian Edelman (foot) and Brandon LaFell (foot) were all limited in practice Wednesday, Dec. 23. Edelman took part after sitting in the walkthrough Tuesday, Dec. 22, which typically means that player isn't in the game plan. Edelman has missed five games with a broken foot.

Fantasy Tip: Edelman ($8,000, 16.0% of cap) is likely to rest up for another week, so don't plan on having him in any lineups. Amendola ($6,600, 13.2% of cap) is questionable, as well, and may be limited even if he does play. LaFell ($4,700, 9.4% of cap) had one of his better games last week and could quietly be an excellent value pick on FantasyScore if both Edelman and Amendola are out in Week 16.

Patriots | Danny Amendola's injury not serious

Mon, 21 Dec 2015 13:44:04 -0800

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola (knee) is having tests on his knee Monday, Dec. 21, but the team believes he's dealing with a sprain that won't cause him to miss any time in the playoffs.

Fantasy Tip: Amendola was hardly a factor before he was hurt in Week 15. It sounds as if he'll have to miss at least one game, and with Julian Edelman nearing a return, Amendola's short-term boost in fantasy value may be all but up.

Patriots | Danny Amendola ruled out

Sun, 20 Dec 2015 12:25:23 -0800

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola (knee) has been ruled out against the Tennessee Titans.

Fantasy Tip: Again, Rob Gronkowski, James White and Brandon LaFell are the likely beneficiaries of Amendola's absence, but the Patriots may be more forced on the run with a sizable lead.

Patriots | Danny Amendola questionable

Sun, 20 Dec 2015 11:47:09 -0800

Updating a previous report, New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola (knee) is questionable to return against the Tennessee Titans.

Fantasy Tip: It seems unlikely that Amendola would return as he has already been hampered recently and the Patriots are nursing a comfortable lead. Rob Gronkowski, James White and Brandon LaFell are the likely beneficiaries of Amendola's absence.

Patriots | Danny Amendola walks off

Sun, 20 Dec 2015 11:36:05 -0800

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola (knee) walked off gingerly in Week 15 against the Tennessee Titans. He may not return.

Fantasy Tip: Amendola has recently been dealing with a knee injury, so he may have aggravated that. If he does not come back, Rob Gronkowski is still the Patirots' top target, but James White has been very effective in the passing game today, so he may continue to be utilized as well.

Patriots | Danny Amendola, Gronk probable

Fri, 18 Dec 2015 15:36:09 -0800

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola (knee) and TE Rob Gronkowski (non-injury) are both probable for Week 15 against the Tennessee Titans. Amendola was limited in practice Friday, Dec. 18, while Gronkowski sat out.

Fantasy Tip: This may be the last chance you have on FantasyScore to take advantage of a large workload for Amendola ($6,600, 13.2% of cap) without Julian Edelman in the picture. Gronk ($8,200, 16.4% of cap) missed practice due to a personal issue and will be fine for Sunday. He's an elite daily pick for a tight end.

Patriots | Julian Edelman, Danny Amendola limited

Thu, 17 Dec 2015 14:12:18 -0800

New England Patriots WRs Julian Edelman (foot) and Danny Amendola (knee) were both limited in practice Thursday, Dec. 17. Edelman's status for Week 15 against the Tennessee Titans will be updated Friday, Dec. 18.

Fantasy Tip: Edelman ($8,000, 16.0% of cap) will likely be questionable and could be a game-time decision. It'd be tempting to use him in traditional leagues if he makes his way back, but it's safest to avoid him for one more week in daily games. Amendola's ($6,600, 13.2% of cap) stock will come down considerably if Edelman returns.

Patriots | Danny Amendola, Scott Chandler limited

Wed, 16 Dec 2015 13:56:02 -0800

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola (knee) and TE Scott Chandler (knee) were limited in practice Wednesday, Dec. 16.

Fantasy Tip: Chandler ($3,000, 6.0% of cap) doesn't have much value anymore with Rob Gronkowski back, and especially with Julian Edelman looking like he'll play. You can avoid Chandler this week. As for Amendola ($6,600, 13.2%), his value also decreases with Edelman and Gronk back, but he shouldn't be completely overlooked on FantasyScore.

Sun, 13 Dec 2015 22:47:13 -0800

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola (knee) posted six catches for 56 yards in the Week 14 game against the Houston Texans. He was targeted eight times.

Fantasy Tip: Amendola is the new Julian Edelman when he is healthy, running those short to intermediate routes to perfection. He is a solid WR2 or flex fantasy option heading into Week 15 against the Tennessee Titans.

Patriots | Danny Amendola expected to play

Sat, 12 Dec 2015 08:24:49 -0800

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola (knee) is expected to play in the Week 14 game against the Houston Texans even though he is listed as questionable for the game.

Fantasy Tip: Amendola ($6,600, 13.2% of cap) has been dealing with the injury for several weeks but was able to play last week. He has been targeted at least 11 times in each of his last three games and has 26 receptions during that span. He should continue to see his normal workload and could be a solid starting option in all leagues.

Patriots | Danny Amendola, Scott Chandler questionable

Fri, 11 Dec 2015 14:19:15 -0800

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola (knee) and TE Scott Chandler (knee) are listed as questionable for Week 14 against the Houston Texans.

Fantasy Tip: Both players should suit up Sunday night unless they suffer a setback, and both Amendola ($6,600, 13.2% of cap) and Chandler ($5,000, 10.0% of cap) should be heavily relied on by Tom Brady, even if Rob Gronkowski makes his return. Consider both Amendola and Chandler pretty solid choice for FantasyScore owners.

Patriots | Danny Amendola limited again

Thu, 10 Dec 2015 16:23:47 -0800

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola (knee) was limited during practice Thursday, Dec. 10.

Fantasy Tip: Amendola ($6,600, 13.2% of cap) should be able to play against the Houston Texans in Week 14 despite the injury. He has caught at least seven passes in five of his last seven games and should be a starting option in most fantasy leagues.

Wed, 09 Dec 2015 19:45:58 -0800

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola (knee) was able to practice Wednesday, Dec. 9, on a limited basis.

Fantasy Tip: Amendola ($6,600, 13.2% of cap) has re-emerged as a must-start since returning from injury. He has essentially become the new Julian Edelman, working the short stuff over the middle while Edelman is sidelined.

Sun, 06 Dec 2015 12:30:19 -0800

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola (knee) is officially active for the Week 13 game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Fantasy Tip: Amendola ($6,600, 13.2% of cap) should see a solid amount of targets during the game and should be a solid starting option because of the favorable matchups.

Sun, 06 Dec 2015 07:53:56 -0800

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola (knee) is expected to play in Week 13's game against the Philadelphia Eagles, according to a source.

Fantasy Tip: Amendola ($6,600, 13.2% of cap) had been listed as questionable on the team's most recent injury report due to a sprained knee and participated in practice on a limited basis. He has an extremely favorable matchup against a Philadelphia secondary that has allowed the most PPR fantasy points to receivers this season (44.9). Amendola should be viewed as a WR2 in FantasyScore.

Patriots | Danny Amendola questionable

Fri, 04 Dec 2015 13:12:14 -0800

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola (knee) is listed as questionable for Week 13 against the Philadelphia Eagles, but he's expected to play barring a setback.

Fantasy Tip: For obvious reasons, Amendola ($6,600, 13.2% of cap) is a very risky daily pick, even if he plays. You're better off running with Brandon LaFell ($6,600) for the same price, or even Scott Chandler ($4,900, 9.8% of cap), who should see a heavy workload with Rob Gronkowski out.

Patriots | Limited practice for Danny Amendola

Thu, 03 Dec 2015 15:40:05 -0800

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola (knee) was limited in practice Thursday, Dec. 3.

Fantasy Tip: Amendola ($6,600, 13.2% of cap) has already declared his optimism for playing this week; that's yet to be official, though, and he should be monitored heading into the weekend. If he plays, he could be hampered still, but he would have a great matchup against a porous Philadelphia Eagles pass defense.

Patriots | Danny Amendola optimistic

Wed, 02 Dec 2015 16:43:30 -0800

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola (knee) was optimistic about his status for Week 13 against the Philadelphia Eagles after taking part in a limited practice Wednesday, Dec. 2. However, his status for this weekend remains uncertain.

Fantasy Tip: A banged-up Patriots squad could certainly use the services of Amendola ($6,600, 13.2% of cap) against a weak Eagles secondary. The Eagles allow the most PPR fantasy points (44.9) to receivers per game this year. So if Amendola suits up Sunday, he'll be a strong daily selection.

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola (knee) was participating in practice Wednesday, Dec. 2.

Patriots | Danny Amendola inactive for SNF

Sun, 29 Nov 2015 16:45:49 -0800

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola (knee) is inactive for the Week 12 game against the Denver Broncos.

Fantasy Tip: As expected, Amendola is on the shelf. That leaves Brandon LaFell as the top wideout with Keshawn Martin and Chris Harper also in the mix.

Patriots | Danny Amendola out for Week 12

Sat, 28 Nov 2015 16:33:42 -0800

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola (knee) has been ruled out for Week 12.

Fantasy Tip: Brandon LaFell ($6,400, 12.8% of cap) will likely be leaned upon more heavily, and the team could use James White ($2,800, 5.6% of cap) in the backfield more, which would hurt LeGarrette Blount's ($6,400, 12.8% of cap) value. You just never know with the Patriots. LaFell is a solid flex option on FantasyScore, though.
