Giants | Coach praises offensive line

Sat, 27 Sep 2014 05:13:16 -0700

New York Giants head coach Tom Coughlin praised the team's offensive line and hopes the team continues to make progress. "The protection has been good for the most part the last couple of weeks," Coughlin said. "And certainly we've benefited from that, because Eli has had time to recognize his keys and make a decision on his progression. So I see a lot of those things coming together, and I'm very hopeful that we can continue to make progress."

New York Giants head coach Tom Coughlin said the offense timed some routes better in their first preseason game, but there is still work to be done. "We timed some of the routes up better," Coughlin said. "Some weren't as good as others. We still think the ball needs to go out in front of people when they have an opportunity.
