The Kansas City Royals placed OF Lorenzo Cain (groin) on the 15-day disabled list Thursday, April 17, and recalled SP Justin Marks from Triple-A Omaha in a corresponding move.
Fantasy Tip: Jarrod Dyson should benefit the most with Cain heading to the sidelines, but he could enter into a platoon in center field with Justin Maxwell. Add Dyson in deep mixed leagues and AL-onlys if your outfield depth is hurting.
