"At this point, though, [it's the] middle of July and I don't think we're close to doing anything. Jordan Bastian, of MLB.com, reports Toronto Blue Jays general manager Alex Anthopoulos said the only position that has been settled for the 2010 season is center field, with OF Vernon Wells securing the spot. The only outfielders currently on the roster are OFs Jose Bautista, Adam Lind and Travis Snider. OFs Jeremy Reed and Joey Gathright will be given a chance to join the big league roster in Spring Training. Lind is expected to serve as the primary designated hitter. Snider could begin the season with Triple-A Las Vegas.
