Saints | Mark Ingram limited

Wed, 07 Dec 2016 15:06:20 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (toe, knee) was limited in practice Wednesday, Dec. 7.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram was limited last week, too, but that didn't keep him from playing. He and Tim Hightower figure to continue to split playing time out of the backfield. Their matchup is tough this week, though, against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Bucs have only yielded one rushing touchdown to the position over their last five games.

Saints | Mark Ingram limited vs. Lions

Sun, 04 Dec 2016 14:58:19 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram ran seven times for 37 yards Sunday, Dec. 4, in a 28-13 loss to the Detroit Lions.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram was hampered by an injured toe for part of the game, and even then he didn't look good at all against a strong Lions defense. You may want to check the injury reports to see how Ingram will fare early in the week.

Saints | Mark Ingram to play in Week 13

Sun, 04 Dec 2016 08:24:18 -0800

Updating a previous report, New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (toe) will play in Week 13's game against the Detroit Lions, according to multiple sources.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram is coming off of a Week 12 performance where he accumulated 146 rushing yards, 21 receiving yards and two combined touchdowns versus the Los Angeles Rams. Although he is slated to split carries with Tim Hightower this week, he should be viewed as a solid RB2 option in all fantasy formats.

Saints | Mark Ingram likely to play

Sun, 04 Dec 2016 06:21:01 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (toe) is expected to play in Week 13's game against the Detroit Lions.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram returned to practice as a limited participant Friday, Dec. 2, and was listed as questionable on the injury report. He is expected to split playing time with Tim Hightower this afternoon but is still worthy of consideration as a high-upside RB2.

Saints | Mark Ingram listed as questionable

Fri, 02 Dec 2016 16:51:06 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (toe) was limited during practice Friday, Dec. 2, and is listed as questionable for Week 13.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram may be a game-time decision this week, so owners will need to check the inactive list before deciding on their lineup. He likely will share snaps with Tim Hightower if he plays in the game but can be a No. 2 running back in fantasy leagues.

Saints | Mark Ingram back at practice Friday

Fri, 02 Dec 2016 11:47:05 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (toe) participated in the open portion of practice Friday, Dec. 2, after not practicing earlier in the week.

Fantasy Tip: It bodes well for the possibility he will suit up Week 13 against the Detroit Lions, although Tim Hightower is a good bet to receive more touches given the nature of Ingram's injury. Ingram is a high-upside RB2 in what has quickly become a very good rushing attack, while Hightower is more a lower-end RB2 option.

Saints | Mark Ingram absent from practice

Thu, 01 Dec 2016 14:09:59 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (toe) missed his second straight practice Thursday, Dec. 1.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram's availability is starting to get worrisome. If he's able to practice tomorrow it would be a sigh of relief, but be prepared to fire up Tim Hightower incase Ingram can't take the field.

Saints | No practice for Mark Ingram

Wed, 30 Nov 2016 14:21:38 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (toe) did not practice Wednesday, Nov. 30.

Fantasy Tip: It's early in the week, so don't go into panic mode just yet. He has a few more days to practice, and even if he's limited that will be a good sign for him being able to play this weekend. If he cannot play then Tim Hightower would immediately become one of the best sleeper starts and value plays for Week 13.

Saints | Mark Ingram finds end zone twice

Sun, 27 Nov 2016 14:45:46 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram ran 14 times for 146 yards, including two touchdown runs of 61 and 10 yards, in a 49-21 win over the Los Angeles Rams.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram was knocked out in the team's last game against the Carolina Panthers, so to see him snap back after 10 days is very encouraging. He added a third touchdown on a 21-yard pass completion from Drew Brees, so Ingram can definitely be used in flex status as a RB/WR.

Saints | Mark Ingram active versus Los Angeles

Sun, 27 Nov 2016 08:48:23 -0800

Updating a previous report, New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (concussion) is active for Week 12's game against the Los Angeles Rams.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram is expected to split the carries with Tim Hightower in Sunday's game. Both players are worthy of consideration as RB2 or flex options in the majority of fantasy formats.

Sun, 27 Nov 2016 07:11:39 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (concussion) is expected to play in Week 12's game against the Los Angeles Rams.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram was limited in practice throughout the week and was listed as questionable on the injury report. He's worth considering as a low-end RB2 or flex option in the majority of fantasy leagues.

Saints | Mark Ingram limited Friday

Fri, 25 Nov 2016 16:06:13 -0800

Updating a previous report, New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (concussion) was limited during practice Friday, Nov. 25, and is listed as questionable for Week 12.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram will have to pass all of his concussion tests before he is cleared to play, so owners should keep an eye on the situation. He would share work with Tim Hightower if he is active for the game and could be a low-end No. 2 or a flex option in most leagues.

Saints | Mark Ingram listed as questionable

Fri, 25 Nov 2016 13:57:07 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (concussion) has been listed as questionable for Week 12 against the Los Angeles Rams.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram is fully expected to play after practicing all week, but he has yet to pass the concussion protocol. Tim Hightower would be in line for 20 touches and a very good RB2 if Ingram is forced to miss the contest, but both should be considered low-end RB2 options at best if the former Heisman Trophy winner suits up.

Saints | Mark Ingram limited in practice

Thu, 24 Nov 2016 20:45:24 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (concussion) was a limited participant in practice Thursday, Nov. 24.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram has said he will play in Week 12, but he has to clear concussion protocol. If he suits up, he is a flex candidate against the Rams.

Saints | Mark Ingram vows to play in Week 12

Wed, 23 Nov 2016 19:53:48 -0800

Updating a previous report, New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (concussion) said Wednesday, Nov. 23, that he will play in the Week 12 game against the Los Angeles Rams, although he remains in the concussion protocol after being knocked out of the Week 11 game.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram is still a question mark for Week 12, and the matchup isn't terribly favorable. If Ingram cannot go it will be Tim Hightower picking up the slack. For fantasy purposes, avoid Ingram until he can officially return and practice in full.

Saints | Mark Ingram limited

Wed, 23 Nov 2016 17:19:31 -0800

Updating a previous report, New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (concussion) was limited during practice Wednesday, Nov. 23.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram will have to pass all of his concussion tests before he is cleared to play, so owners should check on his status later in the week. Ingram could be a flex option in deeper leagues if he is active because he probably will share time with Tim Hightower.

Saints | Mark Ingram to practice

Wed, 23 Nov 2016 07:10:32 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (concussion) will practice Wednesday, Nov. 23, according to head coach Sean Payton.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram was expected to be fine this week, and such appears to be true. The Los Angeles Rams have been among the best against opposing RBs the last five weeks, though, and Ingram is a suspect flex play with Tim Hightower sharing the load so well.

Saints | Positive outlook for Mark Ingram

Fri, 18 Nov 2016 18:27:07 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (concussion) should be "fine" for Week 12 against the Los Angeles Rams, according to head coach Sean Payton, and Payton said he wasn't sure if Ingram was officially diagnosed with a concussion.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram may still have to clear concussion protocol depending on the diagnosis, but regardless, it sounds like he should be ready for Week 11. He is a low-end RB2 with Tim Hightower eating into his touches.

Saints | Mark Ingram in concussion protocol

Thu, 17 Nov 2016 19:51:38 -0800

Updating a previous report, New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (concussion) was taken to the locker room and is being evaluated for the concussion against the Carolina Panthers Thursday, Nov. 17.

Fantasy Tip: It remains to be seen if Ingram can return, but on the plus side, it shouldn't be an injury that keeps him out for an extended period of time.

Saints | Mark Ingram helped off

Thu, 17 Nov 2016 19:40:32 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (undisclosed) was helped off the field by trainers against the Carolina Panthers Thursday, Nov. 17.

Fantasy Tip: Stay tuned for an update on Ingram's status. If he misses any time, Tim Hightower would likely assume the lead back role and become a solid RB2.

Saints | Mark Ingram facing tough matchup

Wed, 16 Nov 2016 21:31:34 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram will meet the Carolina Panthers in Week 11 Thursday, Nov. 17. He struggled with just 51 yards on 16 carries (3.2 yards per carry) in the first meeting in Week 6 in New Orleans.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram posted two total touchdowns and a 171 total yards from scrimmage in Week 9, but he struggled last week against the Denver Broncos. The Panthers rank second in the NFL against the rush, allowing just 79.0 yards per game. Ingram is still worth using as a low-end RB2 in all fantasy leagues, but temper your expectations.

Saints | New Orleans to stick with RBBC for now

Tue, 08 Nov 2016 11:08:25 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram totaled 171 yards on 17 touches and earned the game ball in a Week 9 victory over the San Francisco 49ers, but head coach Sean Payton is apparently content riding the hot hand for the time being. "It was good to see Mark run. The week before, Tim (Hightower) gave us a jolt. And we'll continue to look at each game and plan accordingly," Payton said.

Fantasy Tip: It's disappointing for Ingram owners, but it is not terribly surprising. Payton has long felt comfortable playing multiple backs, so owners should plan a fair amount of inconsistency from both Ingram and Hightower as the Saints face defenses that can stop the run better than the 49ers. Consider both players high-risk, high-reward RB2s for now.

Saints | Mark Ingram back with a bang

Sun, 06 Nov 2016 22:15:54 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram ran 15 times for 158 yards and a 75-yard touchdown in the Week 9 game against the San Francisco 49ers. He also added two receptions for 13 yards and a score.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram was benched in Week 8 for fumbling the ball, but he was back with a bang and remains a solid RB2 in all fantasy leagues. He'll face the Denver Broncos in Week 10.

Saints | Mark Ingram to remain involved

Mon, 31 Oct 2016 11:39:22 -0700

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram will still have a "key role" in the offense going forward, according to head coach Sean Payton.

Fantasy Tip: Payton claimed he wasn't planning on benching Ingram for the rest of the game after his first-quarter fumble, but something is amiss in New Orleans. While Ingram fumbled for the second consecutive week, Payton has been a staunch supporter of his back for some time now. Nevertheless, this appears to be a hot-hand backfield going forward, although both could perform well in Week 9 against the San Francisco 49ers' sieve-like run defense.

Saints | Mark Ingram benched in victory

Sun, 30 Oct 2016 17:41:08 -0700

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram was benched for fumbling in the Week 8 game against the Seattle Seahawks. He finished with just three carries for five yards and no receptions or targets in the receiving game.

Fantasy Tip: It's uncertain if Ingram will remain in Sean Payton's doghouse for a while, but Tim Hightower stepped in and went over 100 yards rushing on 26 totes against a tough defense. Hightower likely bought himself more playing time at the expense of Ingram. Ingram should be treated more as an RB3 in most fantasy leagues going into Week 9. To make matters worse for Ingram owners, the Saints face the league's worst rushing defense in San Francisco next weekend, and they might not get to benefit as much.

Saints | Mark Ingram re-discovers end zone

Sun, 23 Oct 2016 19:30:58 -0700

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram rushed 16 times for 62 yards in the Week 7 game against the Kansas City Chiefs, and he added four receptions for 20 yards and a touchdown on four targets.

Fantasy Tip: The touchdown was just the third of the season in six games for Ingram. He has run for 77 or fewer yards in all six of his games this season, and he has totaled more than 100 yards from scrimmage just twice in six outings. Treat him as more of a RB2 right now heading into Week 8 against the Seattle Seahawks, a team with a strong defense.

Saints | Mark Ingram has 60 yards from scrimmage

Sun, 16 Oct 2016 17:21:01 -0700

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram rushed 16 times for 51 yards in the Week 6 game against the Carolina Panthers, and he added two receptions for nine yards.

Fantasy Tip: In a game featuring 79 total points, it was a disappointing game for Ingram from a fantasy perspective. He'll look to rev it back up in Week 7 on the road against the Kansas City Chiefs. He has been more of a low-end RB2 so far this season in most fantasy formats.

Saints | Mark Ingram back at practice

Fri, 14 Oct 2016 12:48:35 -0700

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (illness) returned to practice Friday, Oct. 14, after missing the previous day with an undisclosed illness.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram can be left in lineups this week and will try to take advantage of a Carolina Panthers' defense that struggled to corral Jacquizz Rodgers for parts of Monday night's loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Ingram should be considered a low-end RB1 for the matchup given his steadily increasing workloads, but he is always a risky bet to hold up for a full season. Owners should strongly consider finding roster space for Tim Hightower and/or Daniel Lasco as a result.

Saints | Mark Ingram under the weather

Thu, 13 Oct 2016 18:10:16 -0700

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (illness) did not practice Thursday, Oct. 13.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram still has a few days to recover, so it would be a surprise if he missed the Week 6 contest against Carolina. The matchup isn't ideal, but Ingram is no worse than a high-end RB2 with New Orleans playing at home.

Saints | Mark Ingram totals 107 yards, TD

Mon, 26 Sep 2016 21:46:02 -0700

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram carried 15 times for 77 yards in the Week 3 game against the Atlanta Falcons Monday, Sept. 26. He also hauled in four receptions for 30 yards and a touchdown on six targets.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram's touchdown was his first in three games, but he has yet to post a rushing score. His 77-yard rushing total was the highest of the season, but he is still sitting on just 165 yards through three games. He needs to do better.

Saints | Mark Ingram quiet in opener

Sun, 11 Sep 2016 18:40:55 -0700

New Orleans Saints WR Mark Ingram rushed 12 times for 58 yards in Week 1 against the Oakland Raiders, and he posted two receptions for 29 yards on two targets.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram was overshadowed by the passing game and two stud receivers Brandin Cooks and Willie Snead. Despite the mediocre performance Ingram remains a top fantasy option heading into Week 2 at N.Y. Giants. Remember, it's a marathon and not a sprint.

Saints | Mark Ingram will be the bellcow

Tue, 23 Aug 2016 19:51:58 -0700

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram is expected to shoulder most of the load in the backfield with all of his underlings struggling in one facet of the game or another. He is capable of playing three downs, is capable of doing big things catching the ball out of the backfield and he is the best of the group in pass protection, too.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram is a bona fide RB1 and fantasy owners will like him because he isn't in a timeshare and will see a bulk of the carries in NOLA as long as he can stay healthy. Those timeshare situations can make fantasy owners pull out their hair. This isn't one of those situations.

Saints | Tim Hightower the backup?

Sun, 17 Jul 2016 17:13:12 -0700

New Orleans Saints RB Tim Hightower is the best bet to serve as the primary backup for RB Mark Ingram, according to beat writer Nick Underhill.

Fantasy Tip: Given Ingram's injury issues, Hightower could easily end up starting a few games. Grab him in the later rounds, especially if you are an Ingram owner.

Saints | Mark Ingram wants to show versatility

Mon, 04 Jul 2016 19:29:29 -0700

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram said his goal this year is to remain a factor in the passing game and force opposing defenses to account for him on every snap.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram had 50 catches last year before an injury ended his season early. The injury concerns aren't going away, but Ingram has RB2 potential and should be available in the middle rounds.

Saints | Mark Ingram the go-to back when healthy

Sun, 03 Jul 2016 20:38:58 -0700

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram was on the field for 62.6% of the offensive snaps, the highest percentage of any running back on the roster, in the games he played in last year.

Fantasy Tip: If not for a late injury, Ingram's 2015 season would have been considered a breakout campaign. He logged 1,174 total yards and 50 catches through 12 games, proving he is a much more complete back than he is given credit for. He has RB2 potential, and he will likely be available at a RB3 price.

Saints | New Orleans backfield taking shape

Thu, 16 Jun 2016 16:45:13 -0700

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram is the lead running back for the Saints, while RB Tim Hightower appears to be the backup, according to Larry Holder of The New Orleans Times-Picayune. RB C.J. Spiller holds the No. 3 spot.

Fantasy Tip: Hightower proved his worth later on last season in New Orleans when Ingram was sidelined. Ingram is still an RB1 when healthy, though. Spiller is a mid-round option in PPR leagues, while Hightower is a late-round handcuff consideration for Ingram in standard formats.

Saints | Mark Ingram restructures

Wed, 30 Mar 2016 09:28:03 -0700

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram converted some of his base salary into a signing bonus Wednesday, March 30. The restructure didn't include a pay cut or any new money. The Saints created $1.49 million in cap space for 2016 by converting $2.235 million of Ingram's $3 million salary into a signing bonus. They still will have to account for that $1.49 million in the future, but now it will be spread out evenly over the life of Ingram's contract through 2018.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram has been a bit of a disappointment, but he still figures to be busy in the Saints' backfield. He's a high-end RB3 in fantasy.

Saints | Tim Hightower to be No. 1 back

Sun, 13 Dec 2015 08:02:25 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Tim Hightower is expected to receive the bulk of the carries for the team going forward, with RB Mark Ingram (shoulder) on injured reserve, because of their similar running styles. RB C.J. Spiller's role appears unlikely to change.

Fantasy Tip: The 29-year-old Hightower ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) was signed by the Saints last month and hadn't played in the NFL since 2011 prior to that. He has 12 carries for 48 yards and could be a solid pickup as a flex player for deeper fantasy leagues down the stretch.

Saints | Mark Ingram requires surgery

Thu, 10 Dec 2015 06:40:27 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (shoulder) will have surgery on his left shoulder to repair a torn rotator cuff Thursday, Dec. 10.

Fantasy Tip: Tim Hightower and C.J. Spiller will take over for Ingram. Hightower is creating some buzz as possibly taking the early down work with Spiller in on passing downs. At $2,000 (4.0% of cap) each, Hightower is a cheap flyer on FantasyScore against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Saints | Mark Ingram placed on IR

Wed, 09 Dec 2015 14:06:32 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (shoulder) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list Wednesday, Dec. 9, according to a source. He is out for the rest of the year.

Fantasy Tip: Again, C.J. Spiller ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) and Tim Hightower ($2,000, 4.0%) are both worth picking up if they're available in your league(s). Hightower has more promise, especially in standard leagues, as he better fits Ingram's mold. Spiller should continue his erratic pass-catching duties.

Saints | More touches for C.J. Spiller, Tim Hightower?

Wed, 09 Dec 2015 11:35:05 -0800

New Orleans Saints RBs C.J. Spiller and Tim Hightower could be in line for more snaps if RB Mark Ingram (shoulder) is out for the season. Spiller is averaging just 13.5 snaps and 5.5 touches per game with the Saints this year for 108 rushing yards, 216 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Spiller has just four touches in the last two games.

Fantasy Tip: Spiller ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) has become a fantasy afterthought with the Saints this year after being a popular sleeper pick in the preseason. He would still be worth adding if he's available, but Tim Hightower ($2,000) better fits the role Ingram would leave behind, especially in standard scoring leagues.

Saints | Mark Ingram's season could be over

Wed, 09 Dec 2015 10:45:00 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (shoulder) is dealing with a serious shoulder injury, and there is some fear his season could be over.

Fantasy Tip: C.J. Spiller ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) and Tim Hightower ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) figure to take over, and neither have an extremely high ceiling. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers aren't a great matchup, but for the basement price on FantasyScore, Spiller is a decent flyer.

Saints | Mark Ingram, Marques Colston probable

Fri, 04 Dec 2015 14:56:59 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (shoulder) and WR Marques Colston (non-injury) both practiced in full Friday, Dec. 4, and are probable in Week 13 against the Carolina Panthers.

Fantasy Tip: The Panthers are a tough matchup for the Saints all-around, making Ingram ($7,300, 14.6% of cap) and Colston ($3,000, 6.0% of cap) tough sells on FantasyScore. The Saints may try to involve the running game more with Willie Snead unlikely to play, but paying up for Ingram doesn't seem wise in this one.

Saints | Two Saints have full practice

Thu, 03 Dec 2015 14:59:59 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (shoulder) and WR Marques Colston (non-injury) were full participants in practice Thursday, Dec. 3.

Fantasy Tip: The Carolina Panthers have been accommodating to running backs in the passing game, which favors Ingram ($7,300, 14.6% of cap) this week. He should be viewed as a RB2 on FantasyScore. Colston ($3,000, 6.0%) has been consistently inconsistent throughout 2015, so he should be avoided, unless Willie Snead doesn't play.

Saints | Mark Ingram fully practices

Wed, 02 Dec 2015 16:53:35 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (shoulder) was a full participant in practice Wednesday, Dec. 2.

Fantasy Tip: The Carolina Panthers have been fairly stingy against the run this year, but more vulnerable to running backs in the passing game. Ingram ($7,300, 14.6% of cap) isn't a RB1 this week, but he's still worth starting in FantasyScore lineups.

Saints | Mark Ingram listed as probable

Fri, 27 Nov 2015 13:38:41 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (shoulder) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 27, and is listed as probable for the Week 12 game against the Houston Texans.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram ($7,700, 15.4% of cap) should receive his normal amount of touches on offense despite dealing with the injury. He averaged at least 5.0 yards per carry in three of his last four games but has gone three games without a rushing touchdown. Ingram could be a solid option in most league because of his production in the running game as well as his work as a receiver.

Saints | Mark Ingram limited

Thu, 26 Nov 2015 16:01:03 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (shoulder) was limited in practice Thursday, Nov. 26, but his injury is not expected to be a major concern.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram ($7,700, 15.4% of cap) should be able to play this weekend, and he's really been the Saints' most consistent offensive player aside from Drew Brees. The Houston Texans, Ingram's Week 12 opponent, have been mediocre at best against running backs this year, so Ingram is a good start for FantasyScore lineups.

Saints | Mark Ingram's injury not a concern

Wed, 25 Nov 2015 15:12:35 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram's (shoulder) injury isn't expected to be a major concern after resting last week during the bye. It's unclear, however, if his shoulder injury is the same one that limited him in Week 10.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram ($7,700, 15.4% of cap) had his fewest number of carries in his last game because of the injury. The Houston Texans are a nice matchup for running backs, so expect the Saints to get Ingram back to full involvement for this one, making him a pretty safe daily pick.

Saints | Mark Ingram limited Wednesday

Wed, 25 Nov 2015 14:15:04 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (shoulder) was limited in practice Wednesday, Nov. 25.

Fantasy Tip: Ingram ($7,700, 15.4% of cap) has had two weeks to heal now, so one would think he'd be able to suit up this weekend, but he should still be monitored over the next few days. He has a decent matchup versus the Houston Texans, so don't overlook him for your Week 12 FantasyScore lineups.

Saints | Mark Ingram banged up

Sun, 15 Nov 2015 17:39:29 -0800

New Orleans Saints RB Mark Ingram (undisclosed) exited against the Washington Redskins with an unspecified injury but returned in the second half and finished with five carries for 77 yards and three catches for 21 yards in a 47-14 loss.

Fantasy Tip: It remains unclear what sent Ingram ($7,700, 15.4% of cap) to the locker room, but with the Saints on bye in Week 11, there is a good chance he will be at full strength when he returns to action.
