New York Mets C Travis d'Arnaud is not in the starting lineup against the Miami Marlins Friday, April 17. C Anthony Recker is starting behind the plate and batting eighth Friday.
Fantasy Tip: Make sure to remove d'Arnaud ($3,100, 6.2% of cap) from your fantasy lineups Friday. Recker ($1,600, 3.2% of cap) is nothing more than a low-priced flier, and hitting in front of the pitcher does him no favors. FantasyScore players should likely aim higher.

New York Mets C Travis d'Arnaud is back in the No. 2 spot in the lineup against Miami Marlins SP Jared Cosart Thursday, April 16.
Fantasy Tip: d'Arnaud's ($3,100, 6.2% of cap) fantasy value will temporarily receive a boost with David Wright (hamstring) on the disabled list. In the No. 2 spot last night, d'Arnaud immediately responded by going 2-for-4 with a home run, two runs and an RBI. He'll be another strong FantasyScore option tonight against Cosart.

New York Mets OF Juan Lagares has been dropped from sixth in the lineup to seventh for the game Monday, April 13. He is off to a 4-for-25 (.160) start to the year with one RBI and six strikeouts. C Travis d'Arnaud traded spots with Lagares in the batting order. Lagares hit .359 with three home runs in 64 spring training at-bats, and manager Terry Collins said Lagares is a leadoff option when he's going well.
Fantasy Tip: Lagares' ($2,500, 5.0% of cap) breakout 2014 season gave fantasy owners hopes that he'd continue to progress offensively in 2015. So far, that hasn't been the case, and you should consider him a weak FantasyScore play until he shows signs of life at the bottom of the Mets order.

New York Mets C Travis d'Arnaud (finger) will return to the spring lineup Tuesday, March 10.
Fantasy Tip: d'Arnaud is probably underrated as a fantasy backstop because of all of his injuries early in his career. He showed some of his potential last summer, and his power still has room to develop some more. Consider him in the late rounds of standard leagues if you wait on the catcher position and are looking for an undervalued play.
