Updating a previous item, the Arizona Cardinals won't consider releasing LB Daryl Washington yet because they might no longer be entitled to keep a portion of the $10 million option bonus. Washington will be placed on the reserve-suspended list after he had a positive drug test for marijuana, according to sources within the organization. His suspension will cost him $6.5 million between now and December in forfeited bonus and salary.
