Denver Broncos LB Von Miller is stronger, healthier and lighter this offseason. He currently weighs 242 pounds but plans to play at between 242 and 252 pounds during the season. Miller is no longer rehabbing a knee injury this offseason, which has allowed him to work harder and diet. Miller expects to improve on his 2014 sack total of 14 now that he's in a 3-4 defense. "Everything we do here fits into what I do best," Miller said. "I am in better shape (because of his fit knee). I want to go to another level."

Ware predicted in the offseason that the duo would finish with more sacks than at least one team. The Broncos run defense has been stiff of late, and it allows defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio to employ an attacking style. Miller has recorded sacks in five straight games, which is the league's longest active streak and one shy of his career high set in 2012.
