Kansas City Chiefs LB Justin Houston (knee) posted an Instagram video of himself working out less than two months after he had surgery to "fix" an injured anterior cruciate ligament in his knee. "Show me someone doing this seven weeks after full ACL and LCL surgery, and I'll show you God's work. I hope y'all watching," Houston wrote.

Kansas City Chiefs LB Justin Houston (knee) did not re-injure his knee when he returned to action in the playoff win over the Houston Texans in January, according to general manager John Dorsey. Houston had surgery to fix an anterior cruciate ligament in his knee in March. Houston was dealing with a hyperextended knee in the playoffs.

Updating a previous report, Kansas City Chiefs LB Justin Houston (knee) had his anterior cruciate ligament "fixed" in February, according to head coach Andy Reid. The ACL wasn't torn, but it wasn't functioning the way it should. Reid said it was too early to tell if Houston would be ready for the start of the 2016 season.

Denver Broncos LB Von Miller is expected to negotiate a long-term deal with the Broncos this offseason. That deal could be similar to the six-year, $101 million deal Kansas City Chiefs LB Justin Houston signed last year. Houston's deal also came with $52.5 million guaranteed.

Kansas City Chiefs OT Laurent Duvernay-Tardif (concussion) and C Mitch Morse (concussion) have been ruled out for the divisional round playoff game against the New England Patriots Saturday, Jan. 16. LB Tamba Hali (knee, thumb) and LB Justin Houston (knee) are listed as questionable, while OG Jeff Allen (thumb), OG Zach Fulton (ankle), LB Josh Mauga (ankle) and OT Jah Reid (knee) are listed as probable. Duvernay-Tardif, Morse and Houston did not participate in practice Friday, Jan. 15. Hali was limited during practice, while the other players fully participated in practice.
