Baltimore Ravens LB Bryan Hall has gone from 300 pounds to 255 pounds in preparation to play inside linebacker this season. The team asked him this offseason if he wanted to move from the defensive line to inside linebacker this offseason, and he accepted the position switch. He said the hardest thing for him has been knowing where to be in pass coverage but believes he has a good handle on that now. Hall also hopes to have a bigger role on special teams this season.

The Baltimore Ravens are pleased so far with the transition from defensive tackle to inside linebacker by LB Bryan Hall. He is in the process of getting into linebacker shape. "Bryan has done a great job," head coach John Harbaugh said. "He's already lost 20 or so pounds. He looks really good. He played linebacker in high school, and he's excited about it."

Baltimore Ravens LB Bryan Hall is excited for a chance to play inside linebacker, and he is in the process of getting himself into more of a linebacker-sized frame. He has been diligently exercising and dieting, getting his weight down to about 275 pounds. He was listed as 291 pounds last season.
