Baltimore Orioles SP Dylan Bundy (elbow) has given up 12 runs and struck out six in 11 2/3 innings in three starts for Single-A Frederick after giving up one run and fanning 22 in 15 innings in three starts for short-season Single-A Aberdeen. Bundy gave up six runs and six hits while walking two and striking out one in four-plus innings for Frederick Wednesday, July 16. The good news is that Bundy is feeling fine in his return from Tommy John surgery. "I'm leaving my fastball up and I've got to bury pitches when I need to and I'm not doing that. And I need to work on my times to home plate. People are stealing bases on me. There are just some things I need to work on," Bundy said.
Fantasy Tip: Coming back from Tommy John surgery isn't easy, especially for a young starting pitcher. When fully healthy, though, Bundy has some of the best stuff in the league. However, he may not be back to full strength until next season. He's still worth stashing in keeper and AL-only leagues, though.

Baltimore Orioles SP Dylan Bundy (elbow) could stay with Single-A Frederick for quite some time, according to manager Buck Showalter. However, executive vice president Dan Duquette is optimistic Bundy could contribute at the major league level this season.
Fantasy Tip: If Bundy makes it back to the majors this season, he will be worth a flier in mixed leagues.

Baltimore Orioles SP Dylan Bundy (elbow) could be re-assigned to Double-A Bowie after his next rehab start for Single-A Aberdeen Friday, June 27, according to executive vice president Dan Duquette.
Fantasy Tip: Bundy's start Friday will come on the one-year anniversary of his Tommy John surgery. He remains Baltimore's top pitching prospect, and while the club will continue to bring him along slowly, he will be worth taking a chance on in most fantasy formats when he does make it back to the majors.

Baltimore Orioles SP Dylan Bundy (elbow) will make at least two more starts for Single-A Aberdeen, and he'll be re-evaluated after that.
Fantasy Tip: The Orioles would probably prefer to have Bundy work at the upper levels of the minor leagues before they clear him to return to the majors. When Bundy returns to Baltimore, he should be an intriguing addition to pitching staffs in all formats.
