Vikings | Matt Kalil finally healthy

Fri, 07 Aug 2015 09:24:39 -0700

Minnesota Vikings OT Matt Kalil (knees) is already doing extra footwork drills in training camp after undergoing two knee surgeries this spring. Kalil said his health is no longer the first thing on his mind, and he's having fun playing football again. Kalil was terrible last season because of his health, and QB Teddy Bridgewater was pressured 29.9% of the time. "I'm stronger, bigger. I'm quick again on my feet," Kalil said. "It's about getting that back. It's just a year of bad technique -- you've kind of got to break all those habits. But it's going along well."
