Indianapolis Colts TE Dwayne Allen (hip) said he's 100 percent in his rehab but is unsure when he'll return to the practice field this offseason. He's participating in Pilates and other rehab activities three days a week.

Indianapolis Colts head coach Chuck Pagano said TE Dwayne Allen (hip) and OG Donald Thomas (quadriceps) are making progress in the recovery from their injuries. Both could be able to participate at some point during offseason workouts but should be ready for training camp.

Fantasy Tip: Coby Fleener will become the Colts' starting tight end with the loss of Allen. Fleener has had a solid start to the season and should become more involved in the passing game. He should be considered a borderline starter most weeks that could be a flex option as well.

Fantasy Tip: Coby Fleener's value will shoot up if Allen doesn't play, as expected. The Miami Dolphins have a stout pass rush, so Fleener could be used as an extra blocker on occasion. Keep that in mind.
