Updating a previous report, Arizona Cardinals WR Michael Floyd (fingers) has not begun catching yet as he continues to follow his rehabilitation protocol. Floyd believes he could be ready for the regular season opener.

Fantasy Tip: The Cardinals have a solid receiving corps this year with Floyd, Larry Fitzgerald and John Brown. Plus, Carson Palmer is returning. Floyd is low-end WR3 to high-end WR4 option.

Owners should continue to monitor his progress during camp because his fantasy value will be affected by his health. He could be a middle-round option in leagues if he is healthy.

Fantasy Tip: Floyd may miss one or two weeks of the regular season. The good news is that he avoided any breaks. The value of Larry Fitzgerald and John Brown should increase a little bit, but they shouldn't be drafted much higher than they're already being drafted. Floyd could still see himself in WR3 territory by the end of the year.

Updating a previous story, Arizona Cardinals WR Michael Floyd's (hand) fingers were dislocated, not broken Wednesday, Aug. 5. Floyd may only miss three to five weeks instead of the originally projected six-week timetable.

Fantasy Tip: This is excellent news for owners who had already drafted their 2015 team. Still, owners yet to draft should have some slight concerns, as Floyd's abilities may be hindered beyond his return to play.
