Ansah and Levy did not participate in practice Friday, Sept. 30. Taylor, Williams and Wilson were limited during practice, while Barnes, Gilberry and Reiff fully participated in practice.

Detroit Lions S Isaiah N. Johnson, SS Rafael Bush, CB Tavon Wilson and SS Miles Killebrew have all practiced with the first-team defense this offseason, according to general manager Bob Quinn. Quinn said the battle for starting strong safety is an intriguing one, but it was reported earlier that Bush may have the edge with his experience.
