Athletics | Khris Davis continues to shine

Mon, 27 Jun 2016 22:59:05 -0700

Oakland Athletics OF Khris Davis went 2-for-5 with a double, run scored and two RBIs Monday, June 27, against the San Francisco Giants.

Fantasy Tip: Davis is making the most of his first season in the American League, posting 52 RBIs and it isn't even the All-Star break yet. He is just 17 RBIs short of his career high set in 2014 with Milwaukee. His average has never been that great, and he strikes out a lot, those power numbers are awfully helpful in all fantasy formats.

Athletics | Khris Davis drives in two more

Tue, 14 Jun 2016 22:45:05 -0700

Oakland Athletics OF Khris Davis went 2-for-4 with a double, one run scored and two RBI Tuesday, June 14, versus the Texas Rangers.

Fantasy Tip: That's now eight RBI in the last three games for the former Milwaukee Brewer, raising his total on the year to 44, which pits him amongst the league leaders. Davis recently missed a few games with a hand injury, but luckily it appears that's no longer an issue. Fantasy owners should just keep firing him up, as the 28-year-old looks poised to be Oakland's lone All-Star this season.

Athletics | Khris Davis continues to crush

Mon, 13 Jun 2016 23:45:40 -0700

Oakland Athletics OF Khris Davis went 2-for-4 with a three-run home run, a walk, three runs scored and five RBIs Monday, June 13, against the Texas Rangers.

Fantasy Tip: While Davis is hitting just .244, he is a solid source of power with 15 homers and 42 RBIs. He is slightly more useful in head-to-head fantasy leagues than rotisserie formats due to his mediocre average, but he is still a must-start across all formats.
