Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills caught three passes for a game-high 72 yards and a touchdown against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 12.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills will play

Sun, 27 Nov 2016 09:22:22 -0800

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (calf) is officially active for the team's Week 12 game.

Fantasy Tip: Stills has seen a decent amount of targets this season but has been held to under 50 yards in five of the last six games. He can still be a flex option in deeper leagues but probably can be avoided in most standard leagues.

Fantasy Tip: Stills has been on the injury report over the past few weeks but has been able to play. Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (calf) was a limited participant in practice Thursday, Nov. 24.

Fantasy Tip: Stills tends to be an all-or-nothing fantasy play, but he could be worth gambling on as a flex option in Week 12 thanks to a friendly matchup against San Francisco.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills also limited

Wed, 23 Nov 2016 13:47:37 -0800

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (calf) was limited in practice Wednesday, Nov. 23.

Fantasy Tip: As is the case with Landry, Stills should be able to play if he doesn't suffer any setbacks. He's usually a risk, but the matchup with the San Francisco 49ers is too good not to consider. Starting Stills as a flex would be ideal.

Sun, 20 Nov 2016 07:52:34 -0800

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (calf) is expected to play in Week 11's game against the Los Angeles Rams.

Fantasy Tip: Stills is a boom-or-bust flex option who tantalizes fantasy owners with blazing speed but lacks consistency. He has eclipsed the 50-yard receiving mark just once in his last five contests and should be avoided in most formats.

Dolphins | Limited practice for Kenny Stills

Thu, 17 Nov 2016 18:27:37 -0800

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (calf) remained a limited participant in practice Thursday, Nov. 17.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills limited

Wed, 16 Nov 2016 16:34:21 -0800

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (calf) was limited during practice Wednesday, Nov. 16.

Fantasy Tip: Stills should be able to play this week and will have a solid role in the passing game. He has caught a touchdown in two of the last three games but has been targeted at least four times in only one of his last six games. Stills has value because of his big-play ability and can be a flex option in deeper leagues.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills gets into end zone

Sun, 13 Nov 2016 19:37:57 -0800

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (calf) was active and able to post two catches for 47 yards and a touchdown in the Week 10 game against the San Diego Chargers. He was targeted three times.

Fantasy Tip: Stills was on the injury report with a calf this week, but he was able to play and find the end zone. Still, it was a rather disappointing stat line since he was outgained by DeVante Parker and Jarvis Landry. That's likely to continue into Week 11 against the Los Angeles Rams. Stills is only worth a look in deeper fantasy formats at this point.

Sun, 13 Nov 2016 08:08:29 -0800

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (calf) is expected to play in Week 10's game against the San Diego Chargers.

Fantasy Tip: Stills was a limited participant in practice Friday, Nov. 11, and is listed as questionable on the injury report. Continue to view him as a WR4 in deep seasonal leagues and as an inexpensive flier in daily fantasy games due to his breakaway speed.

Fri, 11 Nov 2016 15:57:34 -0800

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (calf) was listed as a limited participant in practice Friday, Nov. 11, and he is questionable for Week 10 against the San Diego Chargers.

Fantasy Tip: Stills is a speed burner, and he faces a favorable matchup against the league's 26th-ranked pass defense. He isn't a bad sleeper as a WR4 or a low-priced DFS option.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills misses practice

Thu, 10 Nov 2016 14:06:38 -0800

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (calf) did not practice Thursday, Nov. 10.

Fantasy Tip: Stills is the epitome of a hit-or-miss player this year, and he's missed more than he's hit. We don't know the cause or severity of his calf injury yet, but he's a risky play even when he's active.

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (illness) was limited to one catch for 11 yards on one target in the Week 9 game against the New York Jets. He left the game early due to illness.

Fantasy Tip: Stills has the potential to be a big play receiver, but he needs to be able to stay on the field. He is likely to be back in Week 10 to face the San Diego Chargers.

Sun, 23 Oct 2016 16:41:45 -0700

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills hauled in five receptions for 100 yards with one touchdown in the Week 7 game against the Buffalo Bills. He was targeted eight times.

Fantasy Tip: Stills has plenty of speed to burn, and if the Dolphins could get him the ball more frequently he could be a decent must-start fantasy threat down the stretch. For now, remains best used as a WR4 in fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams.

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills caught one pass, a 74-yard touchdown, in a 22-7 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals Thursday, Sept. 29.

Sun, 25 Sep 2016 19:10:45 -0700

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills hauled in five receptions for 76 yards on eight targets in the Week 3 game against the Cleveland Browns.

Fantasy Tip: Stills has seen an increase in receptions and yardage in each of his three games, although he failed to find the end zone this week after scoring in New England in Week 2. He should be treated as a low-end WR3 in most fantasy formats.

Dolphins | Limited practice for Kenny Stills

Mon, 05 Sep 2016 11:17:20 -0700

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (back) put in a limited practice Monday, Sept. 5.

Fantasy Tip: Stills really showed up in the preseason after being practically invisible last year. Stills figures to be the Dolphins No. 3 receiver, assuming he's healthy, but he faces a tough test versus the Seattle Seahawks in Week 1. Stills can be left on the bench at least for this week.

Mon, 29 Aug 2016 19:42:48 -0700

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (back) had his back lock up on him in practice Monday, Aug. 29, according to a source. However, the injury is not considered to be serious.

Fantasy Tip: Still has been turning heads in training camp and the preseason, showing off his speed. He is worth a late-round flyer as a WR5 in most standard fantasy formats.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills playing well

Thu, 25 Aug 2016 20:51:50 -0700

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills caught four passes for a team-high 46 yards in a 17-6 preseason win over the Atlanta Falcons Thursday, Aug. 25.

Fantasy Tip: Stills has always possessed big-play speed, but he has been a steady target for Ryan Tannehill in the preseason. He has shown enough promise to draft as a WR5.

Dolphins | Big game for Kenny Stills

Fri, 19 Aug 2016 20:55:01 -0700

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills caught three passes for 71 yards and two touchdowns in a 41-14 preseason loss to the Dallas Cowboys Friday, Aug. 19.

Fantasy Tip: Stills is coming off a disappointing season, but he still has the ability to stretch the field with big plays. He is worth a look as a WR5.

Dolphins | Coaches impressed with Kenny Stills

Sat, 30 Jul 2016 06:43:30 -0700

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills has been impressing the coaching staff since the team's minicamp and is performing well during practice Saturday, July 30.

Fantasy Tip: Stills likely will be the No. 3 receiver for the Dolphins this season and should have a solid role in the passing game. He recorded 440 yards and three touchdowns in 2015 and can be a late-round option in most fantasy leagues.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills fits the offense

Sun, 05 Jun 2016 18:21:22 -0700

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills fits the team's offensive philosophy, according to head coach Adam Gase. "He has position flexibility, which we love as an offensive staff," Gase said. "Being able to play inside and outside, the speed he has, the ball skills he has, we want to keep developing him and giving him as many opportunities."

Fantasy Tip: Stills has the ability to stretch the field, but he isn't overtaking DeVante Parker or Jarvis Landry in the receiver pecking order. Don't count on him being more than a WR5 in 2016.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills developing chemistry with QB

Thu, 02 Jun 2016 11:09:09 -0700

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills said he has been working all offseason with QB Ryan Tannehill to improve their chemistry, and Stills believes there is no limit to what the Miami receiving corps can accomplish in 2016.

Fantasy Tip: Stills is too far down the depth chart to be anything more than a late-round flier in deep leagues, and his big-play ability makes him a better target in standard setups than points-per reception formats. After turning 63 targets into just 27 catches last season, the Tannehill-Stills connection needs a lot of improvement, so don't overvalue receiver leading into the season.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills struggled catching passes

Sun, 29 May 2016 13:21:43 -0700

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills caught only 48.2% of the passes thrown to him by QB Ryan Tannehill in 2015 but many of his targets were deep passes. Head coach Adam Gase has been impressed with Stills during offseason workouts.

Fantasy Tip: Stills is expected to be more involved in the passing game in 2016, but his chemistry with Ryan Tannehill will have to improve. Stills should be considered a late-round option in deeper leagues.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills to be more involved

Thu, 24 Mar 2016 05:44:25 -0700

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills is expected to be more involved in head coach Adam Gase's offense after he was fifth on the team with 27 receptions in 2015.

Fantasy Tip: Stills has fallen into the WR5 purgatory, but he's in a contract year and could return to fantasy relevance.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills questionable to return

Sun, 03 Jan 2016 11:25:40 -0800

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (hamstring) is questionable to return in Week 17 with a hamstring injury.

Fantasy Tip: DeVante Parker has already benefitted from Stills' absence, catching three passes for 31 yards and a touchdown in the first half today. He and Jarvis Landry will continue to be Miami's go-to pass catchers, but Greg Jennings could also see more targets.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills active Sunday

Sun, 03 Jan 2016 09:31:43 -0800

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (thigh) is active for Week 17's game against the New England Patriots.

Fantasy Tip: Stills ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) was limited in practice throughout the week and was listed as questionable on the injured report. He hasn't been very productive recently and should be avoided in FantasyScore this week.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills, Rishard Matthews questionable

Fri, 01 Jan 2016 13:48:44 -0800

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (thigh) and WR Rishard Matthews (ribs) were limited during practice Friday, Jan. 1, and are listed as questionable for the Week 17 game against the New England Patriots.

Fantasy Tip: With Jarvis Landry ($6,800, 13.6% of cap) cemented atop the target pecking order, and DeVante Parker ($3,400, 6.8%) becoming a bigger focal point in the offense, Stills ($2,000, 4.0%) and Matthews ($2,800, 5.6%) aren't strong fantasy options for Week 17, if they're even active for the game.

Dolphins | Rishard Matthews, Kenny Stills limited

Thu, 31 Dec 2015 16:32:19 -0800

Miami Dolphins WRs Rishard Matthews (ribs) and Kenny Stills (thigh) were limited during practice Thursday, Dec. 31.

Fantasy Tip: Matthews ($2,800, 5.6% of cap) and Stills ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) has a chance to play, so owners should monitor their progress over the next few days. Neither players has posted big numbers over the last two weeks and are not strong options in most fantasy leagues.

Dolphins | Three Miami receivers limited

Wed, 30 Dec 2015 13:03:44 -0800

Miami Dolphins WRs Rishard Matthews (ribs), Jarvis Landry (knee) and Kenny Stills (thigh) were limited in practice Wednesday, Dec. 30.

Fantasy Tip: Landry ($6,800, 13.6% of cap) and Stills ($2,000, 4.0%) probably have a better chance of playing than Matthews ($2,800, 5.6%), who hasn't played in over a month. The New England Patriots are never an easy matchup, but they've been mediocre against wide receivers this year. The only one of the three worth playing on FantasyScore, though, is Landry.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills posts 49 yards, TD

Mon, 14 Dec 2015 22:24:03 -0800

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (ankle) managed two receptions for 49 yards and a touchdown in the Week 14 game against the New York Giants. He was targeted three times.

Fantasy Tip: Stills showed no ill-effects of the ankle injury which had him listed on the team's injury report this week. He has two touchdowns in the past four games, but still just six total receptions. He doesn't do enough to warrant usage in all but the deepest of standard fantasy formats.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills probable

Sat, 12 Dec 2015 14:10:23 -0800

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (ankle) was limited Saturday, Dec. 12, but he's probable for Week 14.

Fantasy Tip: Stills ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) is a basement option on FantasyScore against the New York Giants with Rishard Matthews (ribs) out.

Dolphins | Jarvis Landry, Kenny Stills limited

Fri, 11 Dec 2015 14:08:09 -0800

Miami Dolphins WRs Jarvis Landry (knee) and Kenny Stills (ankle) were limited in practice Friday, Dec. 11.

Fantasy Tip: Landry ($6,800, 13.6% of cap) has been nursing a knee injury of late, and it may have impacted his bust performance last week. But he and Stills ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) should be able to play unless they suffer setbacks. The matchup against the New York Giants is a great one, too, but perhaps DeVante Parker ($2,800, 5.6% of cap) has the best chance to succeed for daily gamers.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills limited Thursday

Thu, 10 Dec 2015 12:47:43 -0800

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (ankle) was a limited participant in practice Thursday, Dec. 10.

Fantasy Tip: The Dolphins will be without Rishard Matthews yet again on Monday night against the New York Giants, and it's an intriguing matchup for wide receivers. However, Stills ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) had zero catches last week and is nothing more than a deep sleeper on FantasyScore. DeVante Parker ($2,800, 5.6% of cap) is a much better sleeper pick.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills questionable

Sun, 06 Dec 2015 12:18:57 -0800

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (ankle) is questionable to return in Week 13 with an ankle injury.

Fantasy Tip: Rishard Matthews and Stills are now sidelined, so DeVante Parker should continue to see more targets, with Jarvis Landry still the No. 1 wide receiver. If Parker is available in your league after this week, he's worth a pickup going forward.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills active Sunday

Sun, 06 Dec 2015 08:56:00 -0800

Contrary to a previous report, Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (ankle) is active for Week 13's game against the Baltimore Ravens.

Fantasy Tip: Stills ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) appeared as though he was going to be inactive for the game but an impressive showing in pregame warmups resulted in a change of plans. It is unknown how many snaps he will see, so FantasyScore owners are still advised to look elsewhere for receiving options.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills unlikely to play Sunday

Sun, 06 Dec 2015 07:39:21 -0800

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (ankle) is not expected to play in Week 13's game against the Baltimore Ravens, according to a source. However, he will still attempt to participate in pregame warmups.

Fantasy Tip: Stills ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) should be avoided in all fantasy formats. Greg Jennings ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) and DeVante Parker ($2,400, 4.8% of cap) could see additional playing time if he is unable to play.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills iffy Sunday

Fri, 04 Dec 2015 13:52:47 -0800

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (ankle) did not practice Friday, Dec. 4, but is questionable for Week 13 against the Baltimore Ravens.

Fantasy Tip: Stills ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) is too risky as a sleeper play against an extremely vulnerable Ravens secondary. Expect Greg Jennings ($2,000) to replace Stills if he doesn't play, but DeVante Parker ($2,400, 4.8% of cap) is the deep sleeper to own this week opposite Jarvis Landry.

Dolphins | Jarvis Landry, Kenny Stills limited

Thu, 03 Dec 2015 15:39:19 -0800

Miami Dolphins WRs Jarvis Landry (knee) and Kenny Stills (ankle) were limited participants in practice Thursday, Dec. 3.

Fantasy Tip: Landry ($7,600, 15.2% of cap) should yet again be a slam dunk on FantasyScore against a bad Baltimore Ravens pass defense, especially with Rishard Matthews likely out. Stills ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) should see a healthy amount of targets, too, which would make him worth a look as a deep sleeper.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills should play

Fri, 23 Oct 2015 12:10:00 -0700

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (back) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 23, and is listed as probable for the Week 7 game against the Houston Texans.

Fantasy Tip: Stills ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) has been more involved in the passing game over the last few weeks but still only has 147 receiving yards this season. Owners probably will be able to find better options to use in their lineups.

Dolphins | Limited practice for Kenny Stills

Thu, 22 Oct 2015 15:36:55 -0700

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (back) was limited in practice for the second straight day Thursday, Oct. 22.

Fantasy Tip: Other than a five-catch, 81-yard, one-touchdown performance in Week 5, Stills ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) has been extremely inconsistent for Miami. You can find better options for deep sleepers in a flex spot this weekend.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills limited Wednesday

Wed, 21 Oct 2015 13:21:47 -0700

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (back) was limited in practice Wednesday, Oct. 21.

Fantasy Tip: Stills ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) has yet to get things going this year. He's avoidable until he proves he's worth starting.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills posts 81 yards, score

Sun, 04 Oct 2015 18:09:29 -0700

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills posted team highs with five receptions, 81 yards and a touchdown in the Week 4 game against the New York Jets in London.

Fantasy Tip: Stills ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) has been in the shadow of Jarvis Landry ($4,500, 9.0% of cap) and Rishard Matthews ($3,700, 7.4% of cap), but he could emerge as a solid WR3 or flex option if he continues to get the eye of Ryan Tannehill.

Dolphins | DaVante Parker, Kenny Stills invisible

Sun, 20 Sep 2015 20:21:58 -0700

Miami Dolphins WR DaVante Parker had just one reception for three yards in the Week 2 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, and WR Kenny Stills managed just two grabs for eight yards.

Fantasy Tip: Parker ($2,600, 5.2% of cap) and Stills ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) each did very little, and it appears that Rishard Matthews ($2,300, 4.6% of cap) is favored as the No. 2 wideout behind Jarvis Landry ($5,700, 11.4% of cap).

Mon, 31 Aug 2015 15:26:36 -0700

Miami Dolphins WR Rishard Matthews has performed well during training camp and started ahead of WR Kenny Stills in the third preseason game Saturday, Aug. 29.

Fantasy Tip: Matthews appears to have a chance to enter the season as the No. 3 receiver, which would give him more playing time. Matthews may not be an option in most drafts, but he could be a waiver wire option during the season.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills puts on a show

Mon, 17 Aug 2015 16:41:09 -0700

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (calf) returned to practice Monday, Aug. 17, and he finished practice with several receptions.

Fantasy Tip: Dolphins' coaches want Stills to fill the role Mike Wallace failed to fill during his time in Miami. Stills' elite speed lends to a high average yards per catch, and he poses as a dangerous big-play threat, but he's nothing more than a flier as a bench receiver.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills returns

Mon, 17 Aug 2015 05:57:09 -0700

Thu, 13 Aug 2015 16:47:50 -0700

Miami Dolphins WRs Kenny Stills (calf) and DeVante Parker (foot) will not play in the Dolphins' preseason opener Thursday, Aug. 13.

Fantasy Tip: When key players are still nursing injuries when the preseason begins, they're probably not going to play. Parker may need more recovery time than Stills, however. Both are in low-end WR4 to high-end WR5 territory.
