New Orleans Saints WR Marques Colston (knee) was limited during practice Friday, Nov. 8, and is listed as questionable for Week 10.
Fantasy Tip: Owners will have to wait for the inactive list to come out to see if Colston will play. If he is able to play, he should be considered a low-end starting wide receiver or flex option. Robert Meachem and Kenny Stills could get increase in value if Colston misses the game and could be flex options. Meachem likely would be a safer option than Stills for owners.

New Orleans Saints WR Marques Colston (knee) has been declared inactive for Week 9.
Fantasy Tip: With Colston out, Kenny Stills likely will receive an increase in his fantasy value since he will get more playing time. Lance Moore likely will also see more targets during the game. Both should be starting options for owners this week.

New Orleans Saints WR Marques Colston (knee) is uncertain to play in the Week 9 game against the New York Jets. If he cannot go, the team still has good depth at the receiver position with WR Lance Moore healthy, and WR Kenny Stills emerging as a solid threat. WRs Robert Meachem and Nick Toon also provide good depth.
Fantasy Tip: If Colston is inactive, and TE Jimmy Graham (foot) is again limited, bump Moore up to a WR3 or flex play in standard leagues, and a low-end WR2 in points-per-receptions (PPR) fantasy formats. Stills would also be worth a look as a WR3/4 or flex play if Colston is sidelined.

New Orleans Saints WR Kenny Stills (knee) practiced in full Thursday, Oct. 31.
Fantasy Tip: Stills' injury does not appear to be serious at all. He's a hot waiver wire commodity this week after his explosion with two touchdowns in Week 8. With Jimmy Graham (foot) returning to full health and Lance Moore around, however, Stills involvement may be inconsistent. Beware not to put too much stock into one week worth of production from him.

New Orleans Saints CB Keenan Lewis (foot, knee) DT Akiem Hicks (knee) and DE Cameron Jordan (ankle) all fully participated in practice Wednesday, Oct. 30. S Roman Harper (knee), TE Jimmy Graham (foot) LB David Hawthorne (ankle) WR Kenny Stills (knee) and CB Rod Sweeting (hip) all were limited in practice. S Kenny Vaccaro (head, back), WR Marques Colston (knee), G Jahri Evans (hip), DE Tyrunn Walker (knee) and S Malcolm Jenkins (knee) all did not participate in practice

New Orleans Saints TE Jimmy Graham (foot) did not practice Thursday, Oct. 24, and the likelihood of him playing in Week 8 against the Buffalo Bills decreased. TE Benjamin Watson may start in Graham's place if he cannot play. Watson had three catches for 61 yards against the New England Patriots in Week 6 when Graham was blanketed in coverage.
Fantasy Tip: Watson could pick up some of the slack, but as Larry Holder notes, he'll likely be used to block frequently, too. Marques Colston should be primed for a big game, and Kenny Stills and Nick Toon are sleeper options that could make some big plays if Graham doesn't play.
Thu, 05 Sep 2013 09:29:51 -0700
New Orleans Saints WR Robert Meachem is happy to be back with the team, where he caught 45 passes for 722 yards and nine touchdowns in 2009. "Just watching him run around, he looks as good as ever," QB Drew Brees said. "I look forward to getting him incorporated back in."
Fantasy Tip: Meachem had pretty solid chemistry with Brees before, so it'll be interesting if the two can regain some of that after lost time. Meachem provides the Saints with a proven No. 3 receiver. The signing will temper the excitement over Kenny Stills, but if he continues to produce like he did in the preseason, Meachem might just provide WR depth.
Mon, 19 Aug 2013 14:20:23 -0700
The New Orleans Saints released WRs Patrick Crayton and Steve Breaston Monday, Aug. 19.
Fantasy Tip: Kenny Stills appears to have separated himself as the No. 3 wide receiver based on his play this preseason, and this move supports that idea. Stills isn't a bad late-round selection to shore up your WR depth.
Mon, 12 Aug 2013 14:09:19 -0700
The New Orleans Saints signed free-agent WR Patrick Crayton (Cowboys) to an undisclosed deal Monday, Aug. 12.
Fantasy Tip: Crayton will join the crowded competition for the No. 3 receiver duties with Nick Toon, Kenny Stills and Steve Breaston and others. Crayton probably isn't worth a late-round flier unless he stands out in the final three weeks of the preseason.
Fri, 09 Aug 2013 13:26:34 -0700
New Orleans Saints WR Kenny Stills appears to be the leading candidate for the No. 3 wide receiver job at this point. WR Steve Breaston likely will compete with Stills for the job, but Stills has a big edge.
Wed, 07 Aug 2013 13:34:52 -0700
New Orleans Saints WR Kenny Stills received some reps with the first-team offense during practice Monday, Aug. 5, and performed well. Stills was targeted often by QB Drew Brees on various short-yardage routes. Stills is likely a long shot for the No. 3 wide receiver job but likely will make the final roster.
Mon, 05 Aug 2013 21:27:29 -0700
New Orleans Saints WRs Saalim Hakim, Preston Parker, Kenny Stills, Andy Tanner and Nick Toon could each see bigger roles following the injury to WR Joe Morgan (knee), who is likely to miss at least a few weeks. However, the team values experience in the top three receiver roles, and it is believed veteran WR Steve Breaston will get a long look as the No. 3 first before any of the younger players.
Tue, 30 Jul 2013 10:34:12 -0700
New Orleans Saints WR Joe Morgan is battling WRs Nick Toon, Kenny Stills and Courtney Roby for the No. 3 wide receiver spot in training camp behind WRs Marques Colston and Lance Moore.
Fantasy Tip: Despite the fact that New Orleans should continue to have an explosive aerial attack led by Drew Brees, until we know who actually has the No. 3 job, none of those options are worth drafting. They could make for waiver-wire fodder later in the season if injuries open up a spot in front of them.
Thu, 25 Jul 2013 19:16:58 -0700

Butler and Robinson are expected to be placed on the Physically Unable to Perform list. Head coach Sean Payton said Stills and Harper likely will be limited if they are able to practice.

New Orleans Saints WRs Jarred Fayson and Andy Tanner are a pair of receivers who have spent plenty of time on NFL practice squads, and are trying to make the 53-man roster. Both receivers reportedly have been consistent during offseason workouts, and they have found ways to free themselves up in the secondary. WR Kenny Stills, a fifth-round pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, has yet to stand out. All three might be competing for the fifth receiver job.
