Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson will play

Mon, 31 Oct 2016 16:26:37 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson (concussion) is officially active for the team's Week 8 game.

Fantasy Tip: Patterson has played well over the last three weeks and has caught a touchdown pass in each of the last two games. He could be a flex option in deeper leagues and should have some value in daily fantasy leagues.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson expected to play

Sat, 29 Oct 2016 14:40:45 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson (concussion) is expected to play in Week 8 even though he is listed as questionable for the game, according to head coach Mike Zimmer.

Fantasy Tip: Patterson likely will be the team's kick returner and should also receive some playing time with the offense. He has posted decent numbers over the last few weeks but probably should be avoided in most leagues.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson questionable

Sat, 29 Oct 2016 13:21:13 -0700

Updating a previous report, Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson (concussion) was limited during practice and is listed as questionable for Week 8.

Fantasy Tip: Patterson will have to be cleared before he is allowed to play, so owners should keep an eye on the situation. Patterson has been more involved in the passing game over the past few weeks, but owners in most leagues should be able to find better options to use.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson back at practice

Sat, 29 Oct 2016 09:35:55 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson (concussion) was spotted at practice covering kicks Saturday, Oct. 29.

Fantasy Tip: A Saturday practice gives Patterson a shot to play on Monday against the Chicago Bears, but it is highly likely he will be limited. Given Patterson's athleticism and unique role, there isn't an obvious backup option for him on the team. As a result, his lack of involvement in this week's game plan could mean a few more targets for Stefon Diggs and/or Kyle Rudolph.

WR Jarius Wright (ankle), TE MyCole Pruitt (knee) and LB Audie Cole (finger) were limited during practice. LB Anthony Barr (ankle), OG Alex Boone (knee, shoulder), OT Jeremiah Sirles (knee) and WR Laquon Treadwell (thumb) fully participated in practice.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson successful Sunday

Sun, 23 Oct 2016 14:11:17 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson caught seven passes for 67 yards and one touchdown Sunday, Oct. 23, in a 21-10 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.

Fantasy Tip: Although Sam Bradford didn't have his best day, he and Patterson have developed a decent rapport and Patterson earned points for his fantasy owners. The fact Patterson did this against Philly's defense is a plus.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson leaves briefly

Sun, 09 Oct 2016 17:31:49 -0700

Updating a previous report, Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson (hip) left the Week 5 game against the Houston Texans briefly, but he was able to return and finish.

Fantasy Tip: Patterson's injury cost him time in the return game, as he was taken off that role, but he was able to play a big role in the offense. He'll have two weeks to rest with a bye in Week 6.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson scores touchdown

Sun, 09 Oct 2016 16:21:08 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson had four catches for 39 yards and a touchdown in the Week 5 game against the Houston Texans. He was targeted six times.

Fantasy Tip: Patterson has played himself back into a role on offense with his solid practicing and good play on special teams. He might have seen an increase in targets with Stefon Diggs sidelined, but it appears Patterson has passed both Jarius Wright and Charles Johnson in the pecking order in Minnesota. He isn't a bad stash option for Week 7 once the team returns from a bye.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson gets second chance

Wed, 05 Oct 2016 19:38:32 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson is getting a second chance at a role on offense. He had five receptions and an end zone target in Week 4 against the New York Giants, re-emerging as an option on offense, not just as a special teams threat. "Cordarrelle has done a nice job throughout OTAs, through training camp and through practices," head coach Mike Zimmer said Wednesday, Oct. 5. "So I felt like he earned some opportunities to get in there."

Fantasy Tip: Patterson managed just two receptions last season and was a lost cause, although he is a special teams standout leading the league in kick returns both in 2013 and 2015. He is No. 1 in the league right now, too. If he can figure in more prominently on offense, he might be a nice addition in fantasy formats which reward individual return yardage. He still has a ways to go before he is worth adding in standard fantasy, however.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson earning approval

Mon, 12 Sep 2016 09:36:58 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson has garnered an offensive role by merit, according to head coach Mike Zimmer.

Fantasy Tip: Patterson didn't exactly set the world on fire with five offensive snaps in Week 1, but those five snaps were five more than first-round rookie Laquon Treadwell. He ended up with two offensive touches and probably isn't going to see many more than that in the near future long as Adrian Peterson and Stefon Diggs stay healthy. Owners may want to consider adding him to their watch list, but his upside in this offense as things stand at the moment is limited.

Vikings | Role for Jarius Wright unclear

Mon, 05 Sep 2016 20:20:59 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Jarius Wright is the most experienced receiver in just about every category, but questions remain about his role after the preseason. With WRs Adam Thielen and Cordarrelle Patterson useful on special teams, and WRs Stefon Diggs, Charles Johnson and Laquon Treadwell expected to contribute on offense, Wright's place is uncertain although he did make the 53-man roster.

Fantasy Tip: Wright likely needs a long-term injury to one of the top offensive weapons, or a possible trade, before he re-emerges as a fantasy option. Right now it appears he is the No. 6 receiver in Minnesota and likely to be a healthy inactive most weeks.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson back on the field

Mon, 08 Aug 2016 17:38:28 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson (shoulder) participated in practice Monday, Aug. 8, after sitting out practice Saturday, Aug. 6.

Fantasy Tip: Patterson is listed as one of the backups at wide receiver on the first depth chart but may need a solid preseason to make sure he makes the final roster. He probably will only have value in deeper mixed leagues as a late-round option.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson to miss a few days

Sat, 30 Jul 2016 17:15:21 -0700

Updating a previous report, Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson (shoulder) is expected to miss several days of practice. He injured his left shoulder while making a diving catch Friday, July 29.

Fantasy Tip: Patterson may be worthy of consideration as a late-round flier in deeper fantasy leagues but he's unlikely to make much of an impact if the three receivers ahead of him on Minnesota's depth chart remain healthy.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson injured Friday

Fri, 29 Jul 2016 17:16:03 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson (arm) suffered an apparent injury to his left shoulder or collarbone during practice Friday, July 29. He sustained the injury after making a diving catch and was forced to leave early. Head coach Mike Zimmer does not believe the problem is serious.

Fantasy Tip: Patterson has not performed up to his potential through his first two NFL seasons but may still be worth considering as a late-round flier in deeper fantasy leagues.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patteron may not play much

Thu, 21 Jul 2016 13:22:23 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson could still be spending much of his time on the bench in 2016 if WR Charles Johnson improves during training camp. Patterson is expected to play behind WRs Stefon Diggs, Laquon Treadwell and Johnson.

Fantasy Tip: Patterson will be in prove-it mode entering a contract season, but he has been more than disappointing the last two seasons. Barring an injury to one of three receivers above him, Patterson can continue to be avoided, although taking him as a deep flier in deeper leagues isn't a bad strategy.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson can be productive

Fri, 08 Jul 2016 18:41:29 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson logged 469 yards from scrimmage and six touchdowns over the final six games of 2013, and the Vikings ranked 13th in total yards. He touched the ball four times from scrimmage last year, and the Vikings ranked 29th.

Fantasy Tip: Patterson hasn't been given much of a chance to use his game-changing explosiveness, but he still has some intriguing potential. He could be worth a late-round flier in deeper leagues, and he is worth monitoring in all formats in case Minnesota decides to make him a bigger part of the offense.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson admits to slacking

Wed, 29 Jun 2016 10:36:51 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson admitted that after he was the No. 29 overall pick in 2013, he didn't always work as hard as he should have. "Sometimes you can be here and you feel like you've got to be on the team," Patterson said. "You feel like, 'Yeah, I'm a first-round pick, I'm on the team.' Things like that, sometimes they make you not work hard, they make you don't want to do things, make you be lazy." Patterson had 45 catches for 469 yards in his rookie season but lost his starting job midway through 2014 and had just two catches for 10 yards in 2015.

Fantasy Tip: Reports in offseason workouts have been good for Patterson, and he's been praised by the coaching staff for his improved work ethic and route running. But it might be too late for Patterson. The Vikes spent another first-round pick on receiver Laquon Treadwell, and it might prove to be an uphill battle for playing time with Charles Johnson and Jarius Wright this year. Patterson has been much better on special teams, but that doesn't do much for fantasy owners. Unless Patterson continues to impress and leapfrogs someone on the depth chart, leave him undrafted in typical fantasy leagues.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson to work harder

Tue, 28 Jun 2016 19:24:10 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson has earned the praise of head coach Mike Zimmer this offseason, as Zimmer has lauded Patterson's work ethic and improved route running. Patterson plans to work out for a week or two in Florida with QB Teddy Bridgewater, and he might go to San Francisco for additional conditioning work.

Fantasy Tip: Patterson is in a contract year, so there is some motivation for him there, too. He is trying to work his way into a starting job opposite Stefon Diggs, but he still has a ways to go before he makes that leap. The urgency for Patterson is nice, and it sounds like he is finally getting it. With his speed he has the chance to be a great late-round fantasy find if this uptick continues.

Vikings | Charles Johnson must earn roster spot

Thu, 09 Jun 2016 13:55:45 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Charles Johnson will need to earn his way onto the Vikings' roster this season, in the opinion of Matt Vensel of The Minneapolis Star Tribune. Johnson lost his starting spot to WR Stefon Diggs last season, and now he'll have to compete with rookie WR Laquon Treadwell and WR Cordarrelle Patterson. Johnson needs to prove himself even more after playing in just 23 games the last two seasons combined.

Fantasy Tip: Johnson has plenty of work to do to regain his fantasy relevance. He could very well be Minnesota's No. 4 wide receiver when all is said and done, so don't draft him as more than a WR5.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson's option declined

Mon, 02 May 2016 10:32:17 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson's fifth-year option was declined by the Vikings Monday, May 2, according to a league source. Patterson caught only two passes in 2015.

Fantasy Tip: Patterson has a ton of athletic ability, but it hasn't translated onto the field in the Vikings offense. After the Vikes spent a first-round pick on Laquon Treadwell, Patterson is pushed further down the depth chart. Patterson has contributed much more on special teams, and he isn't worth spending a late-round flier on in traditional fantasy drafts.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson likely in walk year

Wed, 20 Apr 2016 23:42:33 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson is unlikely to have his fifth-year option picked up for 2017. He's set to make $1.389 million in 2016.

Fantasy Tip: Patterson has virtually no fantasy value as he caught just two passes last season.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson focusing on routes

Fri, 19 Feb 2016 16:12:13 -0800

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson is honing his route running this offseason with Steve Calhoun, a private quarterbacks and receivers coach based out of Orange County, California.

Fantasy Tip: Athletic ability and physical talent aren't in question with Patterson, and he found the end zone nine times as a rookie in 2013.. However, he received just two targets and two rushing attempts in 2015. At this point, he is nothing more than a wait-and-see project in the real and virtual game, and fantasy owners shouldn't make him a priority.

Vikings | GM still unsure of Cordarrelle Patterson

Thu, 18 Feb 2016 15:44:16 -0800

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson is entering what general manager Rick Spielman is calling a telltale year. Spielman said there's still some evaluating that has to be done to determine what Patterson will provide in the NFL.

Fantasy Tip: Patterson has proven enough over the last two seasons to be a mainstay on fantasy league waiver wires. The Vikings aren't even that deep at wide receiver, yet Patterson hardly saw the field last season. Stay away from him.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson not seeing snaps

Mon, 21 Sep 2015 13:45:11 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson did not receive any offensive snaps during the team's Week 2 game against the Detroit Lions.

Fantasy Tip: Patterson appears to be a special teams only player at this point and should not be an option in any fantasy league.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson works with twos

Wed, 29 Jul 2015 22:12:27 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson has worked with the second team through the start of training camp, although head coach Mike Zimmer said Wednesday, July 29, that he has seen some improvement from the wide receiver.

Fantasy Tip: Patterson is clearly behind Charles Johnson and Mike Wallace on the depth chart, and he could be behind Jarius Wright as well. Right now he is only worth a speculative pick in the late rounds of standard fantasy leagues with 12 or more teams.

Vikings | Inconsistency for Cordarrelle Patterson

Mon, 27 Jul 2015 19:35:36 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson showed improved in organized team activities (OTAs), according to head coach Mike Zimmer, but the receiver has had consistency issues on the practice field which is holding him back. "He'll have really good days, and then he'll have some not-so-good days. Really, I think what he needs to do is just the consistency every single day and the consistency in studying, the consistency in getting extra help that he needs if he needs it, running the routes the same all the time and understanding that there's a lot of great athletes that don't make it in professional sports because they don't have the other intangibles," Zimmer said.

Fantasy Tip: The Vikings have plenty of depth at receiver following the addition of Mike Wallace, as well as the emergence of Charles Johnson and Jarius Wright. So the team can afford to be patient. But fantasy owners likely won't want to take a chance on him until the very final rounds on draft day, because the potential is still there. Physically, he can be so good. Mentally, he still has a lot of work to do.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson talks 2015 season

Sat, 25 Jul 2015 10:44:40 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson feels that this season is his make-or-break season. "I've got a lot to prove. I need to get back to the old me and have fun and not get too serious like I did last year." Patterson also said he believes this offseason is the best he's had so far in his career. He added that he's really been working on his route-running and feels that he's improved a lot.

Fantasy Tip: Patterson could be right about this being his make-or-break year. Charles Johnson, Mike Wallace and Kyle Rudolph will probably be QB Teddy Bridgewater's three main targets, so Patterson may have to work his way into more playing time. For now, he's a WR5 at best.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson not starting?

Thu, 18 Jun 2015 21:33:10 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson has been working with the second-team offense, but offensive coordinator Norv Turner said he expects Patterson to carve out a role.

Fantasy Tip: Patterson still possesses big-play speed, and regardless of what his role is to open the year, he is worth drafting as a bench option on his potential alone.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson to return kicks again

Sat, 06 Jun 2015 12:19:53 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson will be the primary kickoff returner this season, according to special teams coordinator Mike Priefer. Priefer said he considers Patterson to be the best kick returner in the NFL.

Fantasy Tip: Patterson still has work to do as far as a wide receiver, but he'll have added value in leagues that award kickoff and/or punt returns. He's still no more than a WR5 behind Mike Wallace and Charles Johnson.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson praised

Sat, 23 May 2015 21:40:45 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson once again has drawn praise from Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer -- this time for his route-running improvements. Patterson has worked extensively this offseason to become a better receiver from a technical standpoint.

Fantasy Tip: Patterson was a popular breakout candidate in 2014 but barely saw the field in the second half of the season after falling out of favor with Zimmer due to his limited knowledge of nuanced routes. The explosive third-year receiver could be an undervalued WR4 draft target if he continues to turn heads and finds a way to earn regular playing time.

Vikings | Coach happy with Cordarrelle Patterson

Thu, 14 May 2015 10:25:09 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson has been impressive during offseason workouts, according to head coach Mike Zimmer. "He's really done well," Zimmer said. "He's running routes good; he's working hard. So we just need him to continue to do those things and continue to keep getting consistent and keep improving. I've been impressed with the things that he's done."

Fantasy Tip: Patterson saw a drop in all of his stats this past season and likely will enter the 2015 season as a No. 3 or No. 4 receiver. Owners in deeper leagues could consider selecting Patterson in one of the late rounds in drafts.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson looking to improve

Tue, 28 Apr 2015 08:35:51 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson said he plans to focus on improving his route running this offseason. "Just route running," Patterson said. "Growing up, I was always athletic and could just do anything. I'm in the NFL now, so I just have to focus on my craft and just work at route running, getting in and getting out of breaks and stuff like that."

Fantasy Tip: Patterson was a flop in 2014, but the acquisition of Mike Wallace should shift some of the defensive attention away from him. Patterson is a great WR3 in traditional leagues. His promise may make it tough to acquire him as such, though.

Vikings | GM praises Cordarrelle Patterson

Sun, 26 Apr 2015 20:21:54 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson has dedicated himself to becoming a better receiver, according to general manager Rick Spielman. "I think Cordarrelle has really grown up a lot," Spielman said. "I know what he has done this offseason dedicating himself to being the best receiver he can be, and how serious he is taking that, we're very excited about the future with Cordarrelle."

Fantasy Tip: Patterson was a huge disappointment last season, and he was basically a non-factor in the passing game for most of the year. Still, he possesses elite athleticism and speed, and he has the ability to turn any catch into a big play. Patterson is worth taking a chance on later in drafts just in case he realizes his potential in 2015.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson not being moved

Wed, 25 Mar 2015 09:40:38 -0700

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson will not be traded this offseason, according to head coach Mike Zimmer. "No, no chance whatsoever," Zimmer said. "Cordarrelle is a young, emerging player who was with his third coordinator in three years. Quite frankly, we need to do a good job of figuring out how we can use him better and he needs to understand where he's supposed to be, the routes and everything."

Fantasy Tip: Patterson had a disappointing 2014 season with 384 yards and one touchdown in 16 games. Patterson should have a role in the offense next season but probably will not be a starter. Patterson could be an option in the later rounds of drafts, but owners should not count on him to be a consistent fantasy option.

Fri, 19 Dec 2014 18:32:58 -0800

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson is still working on mastering the routes in offensive coordinator Norv Turner's system.

Vikings | Charles Johnson moves into starting role

Thu, 04 Dec 2014 16:14:57 -0800

Minnesota Vikings WR Charles Johnson has now moved into WR Cordarrelle Patterson's role as the second receiver, according to offensive coordinator Norv Turner. "CJ is playing at a high level," Turner said. "CJ is the starter at X (receiver). That's the position Cordarrelle plays. We're going to do what we can to give him some opportunities to play there, but CJ's playing at a real high level right now."

Fantasy Tip: It's official, you can now safely dump Patterson in all standard leagues. Against the suspect New York Jets secondary this weekend, Johnson ($4,000) makes for a good sleeper play at FantasyScore at the wide receiver position.

Vikings | Cordarelle Patterson unsure about role

Sun, 30 Nov 2014 15:26:42 -0800

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson (foot, knee) was active in Week 13 against the Carolina Panthers, but he didn't play a snap on offense in the first half. He saw only a handful of snaps in the second half and was targeted just once. "(I) feel like I'm 100 percent," Patterson said Sunday, Nov. 30. "I feel like the coaches didn't feel like I was 100 percent, so they decided to hold me out. I respect them for that." Head coach Mike Zimmer said Patterson missed practice time this week to attend the funeral of a family member, and his limited practice time factored into the decision.

Fantasy Tip: Patterson's role is shrinking, and Greg Jennings and Charles Johnson appear to have surpassed him on the depth chart. Jarius Wright was also back in action, and Kyle Rudolph is back from a near season-long injury. Patterson's lack of targets make him a player to avoid in FantasyScore going forward.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson listed as probable

Fri, 28 Nov 2014 15:08:35 -0800

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson (knee) is probable for Week 13.

Fantasy Tip: Patterson ($4,700, 9.4%) isn't worth any price with the production he's had this year and with Charles Johnson coming on lately, even with a good matchup against the Carolina Panthers.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson misses practice

Thu, 27 Nov 2014 14:37:03 -0800

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson (knee) did not participate in practice Thursday, Nov. 27.

Fantasy Tip: Patterson's status for Week 13 is uncertain, so owners should continue to monitor his situation during the rest of the week. Patterson costs $4,700 on FantasyScore, but owners should look to use better options in their starting lineups.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson sits out

Wed, 26 Nov 2014 15:11:47 -0800

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson (knee) did not practice Wednesday, Nov. 26.

Fantasy Tip: Even though the Panthers have been poor at stopping receivers this season, Patterson ($4,700) shouldn't receive a vote of confidence at FantasyScore because of his inability to make much of an impact on offense all year. Charles Johnson has basically surpassed Patterson as far as potential for the Vikes.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson leaves game

Sun, 23 Nov 2014 17:00:29 -0800

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson (ankle, knee) left the Week 12 game against the Green Bay Packers due to ankle and knee injuries.

Fantasy Tip: The severity of Patterson's injuries are not clear, but nagging injuries have hampered him all season. At the tail end of the 2013 season, he showed some signs of brilliance, but lower-body injuries have kept him from hitting his highest gear for most of this season. FantasyScore owners should avoid him going forward until he can prove his health in one full game.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson frustrated

Fri, 21 Nov 2014 12:49:18 -0800

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson said he is frustrated with the way he is playing and is not having fun on the field like he did last season. "It's difficult, but it's my job. I just need to focus in, go out and have fun just like last year," Patterson said. "I was having a lot of fun. This year it seems I'm not having fun. I just need to find that missing piece and have some fun."

Fantasy Tip: Patterson was one of the top sleepers entering the season but has not had many productive games. Patterson probably would only be a flex option most weeks and not an every-week starting option.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson determined

Thu, 13 Nov 2014 14:36:59 -0800

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson is determined to find openings in the defense for QB Teddy Bridgewater in Week 11 against the Chicago Bears. "Just getting off the line," Patterson said. "If the (defensive back) gets in your face, show him who's the boss. Get them off you. Better routes. Just little things like that. It's always the little things that matter. Doing little things like that will help Teddy out big." Patterson has been a disappointment this year with 26 catches for 308 yards through nine games.

Fantasy Tip: Coming off the bye week, you'd think Minnesota has a plan in place to help Patterson succeed against one of the worst secondaries in the league. If you have the faith, go with Patterson at FantasyScore for $5,200.

Vikings | Cordarrelle Patterson not the focus

Thu, 13 Nov 2014 14:18:45 -0800

Minnesota Vikings WR Cordarrelle Patterson won't be the focus of the offense, and offensive coordinator Norv Turner isn't worried about forcing the ball to him. "We completed 26 balls the other day. I don't care who they go to, to be honest with you," Turner said.

Fantasy Tip: Patterson has been frustrating this year, and it seems to be wearing on the coaching staff, too. The Vikings won't force the rock to him anymore. Coming off a bye week has many optimistic that Patterson ($5,200) can find a connection with Teddy Bridgewater against the pitiful Chicago Bears defense, however.
