Mon, 19 Sep 2016 08:39:35 -0700

Buffalo Bills WR Marquise Goodwin (concussion) has cleared the concussion protocol but is excused from practice Monday, Sept. 19, due to personal reasons.

Fantasy Tip: Goodwin had a big play for a touchdown last week, but he's a boom-or-bust option as a flex receiver.

Bills | Marquise Goodwin scores, exits late

Thu, 15 Sep 2016 21:24:07 -0700

Buffalo Bills WR Marquise Goodwin (concussion) was injured on the final play of a 37-31 loss to the New York Jets Thursday, Sept. 15, and is in concussion protocol. He finished with two catches for 108 yards, including an 84-yard touchdown.

Fantasy Tip: Goodwin's blazing speed was on display as he torched Darrelle Revis for a long score. However, he is likely to remain an all-or-nothing fantasy option in all formats throughout the season. Gamble on him at your own risk.

Bills | Marquise Goodwin in protocol

Tue, 23 Aug 2016 11:55:33 -0700

Buffalo Bills WR Marquise Goodwin (concussion) is in the NFL's concussion protocol, according to head coach Rex Ryan.

Fantasy Tip: If Goodwin can stay healthy he could earn the No. 3 wide receiver job in Buffalo. That's a big if, though, as Goodwin has only played in 24 games over the last three seasons. He is at best only a late-round flier in standard leagues.

Bills | Marquise Goodwin may be No. 3 WR

Thu, 11 Aug 2016 10:07:30 -0700

Buffalo Bills WR Marquise Goodwin has a solid chance to win the No. 3 receiver job this season because he has performed better than the other candidates for the job.

Fantasy Tip: Goodwin has not posted great numbers during his career but could have a decent role in the passing game if he is the No. 3 receiver. He could be a late-round option in deeper leagues if he wins the job but likely will not be used much by owners.

Bills | Marquise Goodwin performing well

Wed, 10 Aug 2016 14:40:39 -0700

Buffalo Bills WR Marquise Goodwin was able to beat CB Ronald Darby and SS Jonathan Dowling during drills Wednesday, Aug. 10, and has routinely had solid practices since training camp began.

Fantasy Tip: Goodwin is competing for a roster spot and appears to be off to a good start. He probably would only be the No. 4 or No. 5 receiver for the Bills if he makes the team and would not have much fantasy value.

Bills | Marquise Goodwin leaves early

Mon, 01 Aug 2016 11:57:00 -0700

Buffalo Bills WR Marquise Goodwin (illness) left practice early Monday, Aug. 1, because of heat-related issues.

Bills | No Olympics for Marquise Goodwin

Tue, 05 Jul 2016 15:40:44 -0700

Buffalo Bills WR Marquise Goodwin did not qualify for the 2016 Summer Olympics after placing seventh in the men's long jump. Goodwin has already said he feels banged up from the experience.

Fantasy Tip: It remains to be seen just how much of an impact Goodwin's Olympic efforts had. He may start off slowly in 2016, but he'll have a chance to succeed in a relatively weak wide receiver corps. Don't use more than a late-round pick, though.

Bills | Marquise Goodwin feeling tired

Mon, 04 Jul 2016 11:13:39 -0700

Buffalo Bills WR Marquise Goodwin said his body is banged up from trying out for the Olympics. Goodwin said he is going to get lots of rest before commencing football activities.

Fantasy Tip: Goodwin is behind in his football preparation and already feels drained. It's not a good omen for his fantasy value in 2016. He'll have a good chance to get quality playing time in a weak receiver corps, though, so don't completely overlook him in fantasy drafts.
