Seattle Seahawks TE Luke Willson could have a role in the passing game against the Washington Redskins in Week 5 since he will be the starting tight end, and the Redskins allowed New York Giants TE Larry Donnell to catch seven passes for 54 yards and three touchdowns in Week 4.
Fantasy Tip: Willson has only caught one pass this season but could have a bigger role in the passing game. Owners in deeper leagues that are looking for a tight end to play this week could consider using Willson since he has a favorable matchup. Willson costs $3,000 on FantasyScore, but owners should probably look for a better option at the position. Willson is not as good of a blocker as Zach Miller, so Willson could be limited to mostly passing plays.

Seattle Seahawks TE Zach Miller is the only tight end on the roster with a reception during a regular season game, so the team is a bit thin after the loss of TE Anthony McCoy (Achilles') during organized team activities (OTAs). TE Sean McGrath finished 2012 on the active roster, and is believed to be the favorite to take over McCoy's role as the No. 2 behind Miller. He is viewed as a polished route runner with reliable hands. TE Luke Willson is also in the mix, but his run blocking reportedly needs work.
Sat, 25 May 2013 08:46:21 -0700
Seattle Seahawks TE Luke Willson likely will receive a bigger role in the offense this season because of the injury to TE Anthony McCoy (Achilles').
Fri, 24 May 2013 10:32:34 -0700
Seattle Seahawks TE Anthony McCoy (Achilles') suffered a torn Achilles' during organized team activities earlier this week, and he has undergone surgery to fix it. He'll be out six to nine months. McCoy had 18 catches for 291 yards and three touchdowns last year.
Fantasy Tip: McCoy was involved in two-tight end sets with Zach Miller last year. That task will fall to fifth-round draft pick Luke Wilson now. Miller, in a much-improved offense, should be considered a nice TE2 these days.
