Suggs and Smith fully participated in practice Friday, Sept. 26, while the other players did not participate in practice.

Baltimore Ravens general manager Ozzie Newsome said the team was comfortable with drafting DT Timmy Jernigan after he talked with his scouts about Jernigan's background and with the NFL about his diluted drug test. "Our scouts do a very good job with their sources at the school about if there was any history there," Newsome said. "We were very comfortable taking him with the information we got from our sources and the information I got from the league."

Florida State DT Timmy Jernigan reportedly tested positive for a diluted urine sample at the NFL Scouting Combine in February, which would count as a failed test under the league's drug program. Jernigan's agent, Sunny Shah, declined comment Monday, May 5. Jernigan is projected as a mid first-round pick in this week's draft.

Florida State DT Timmy Jernigan is coming across as a kid who believes in himself at the NFL Scouting Combine, and he was asked about reportedly playing with the flu during the National Championship Game against Auburn. "I had a slight fever," Jernigan said. However, he was able to play almost the entire game, and scouts like that.

Florida State DT Timmy Jernigan will forgo his senior season in college to enter the 2014 NFL Draft. He led his team with 11 tackles for loss this year in his first season as a full-time starter. He's projected to be a first-round pick in this year's draft and is rated as the No. 7 overall player by ESPN's Scouts, Inc. Jernigan finished the 2013 season with 63 tackles and 4.5 sacks as a second-team AP All-American.
