San Diego Chargers WR Tevin Reese joined the Chargers' OTAs Tuesday, May 27, after missing the team's rookie minicamp for his graduation. Chargers head coach Mike McCoy expects to move Reese around a little bit on offense to utilize his speed but noted there is an entire offensive system to learn and a lot of work ahead.
