Eagles | Dorial Green-Beckham hauls in TD

Sat, 27 Aug 2016 21:35:36 -0700

Philadelphia Eagles WR Dorial Green-Beckham saw his first game action with the team in the preseason game Saturday, Aug. 27, against the Indianapolis Colts. He had two receptions for 15 yards and a touchdown before departing.

Fantasy Tip: DGB will be a welcome addition to the Philadelphia offense if he can use his size and strength in the red zone and avoid the injury bug. Fantasy owners will want to take a late-round flier on Green-Beckham and hope a change of scenery helps him reach his potential in Philadelphia.

Eagles | Dorial Green-Beckham to work with starters

Wed, 24 Aug 2016 15:41:35 -0700

Philadelphia Eagles WR Dorial Green-Beckham will receive snaps with the first-team offense during the preseason game against the Indianapolis Colts Saturday, Aug. 27, according to head coach Doug Pederson.

Fantasy Tip: Green-Beckham has a chance to earn a solid role in the passing game if he plays well against the Colts since none of the Eagles receivers have stood out during training camp. Green-Beckham was inconsistent as a member of the Titans, so he should only be a late-round option in deeper leagues at this point.

Eagles | No catches for Dorial Green-Beckham

Thu, 18 Aug 2016 19:42:30 -0700

Philadelphia Eagles WR Dorial Green-Beckham had no catches on two targets in a 17-0 preseason win over the Pittsburgh Steelers Thursday, Aug. 18.

Fantasy Tip: It was a quiet debut for Green-Beckham, who wasn't even expected to play in the game. He has plenty of potential thanks to his physical gifts, but he is merely a late-round flier as he tries to find a role in Philadelphia.

Eagles | Dorial Green-Beckham won't play Thursday

Tue, 16 Aug 2016 19:09:43 -0700

Philadelphia Eagles WR Dorial Green-Beckham will not play in the preseason game Thursday, Aug. 18, against the Pittsburgh Steelers, according to head coach Doug Pederson. However, he will go on the trip and be involved with the team, doing some work before traveling.

Fantasy Tip: Green-Beckham needs to get to work and learn the offense in Philadelphia. He might emerge as a fantasy option into the middle of the season once he gets acclimated, but for now he is only worth a late-round flyer in most standard drafts.

Eagles | Dorial Green-Beckham sent to Eagles

Tue, 16 Aug 2016 07:15:03 -0700

Tennessee Titans WR Dorial Green-Beckham was acquired by the Philadelphia Eagles Tuesday, Aug. 16, in exchange for Eagles OG Dennis Kelly.

Fantasy Tip: DGB had a logjam to overcome in Tennessee, and his uphill climb to playing time with Philly might not be as steep if he can quickly grasp the offense. His WR5 flyer has some added luster.

Titans | Dorial Green-Beckham has work to do

Mon, 15 Aug 2016 20:23:08 -0700

Tennessee Titans WR Dorial Green-Beckham was listed with the fourth-team offense in the depth chart released Sunday, Aug. 14, after the team's first preseason game.

Fantasy Tip: DGB is caught behind a logjam after the team brought in Rishard Matthews and Andre Johnson then drafted Tajae Sharpe to join incumbent Kendall Wright. DGB has a ton of potential, but right now he should only be considered as a depth fantasy player at this point late in drafts.

Titans | Dorial Green-Beckham still inconsistent

Sun, 14 Aug 2016 19:17:26 -0700

Tennessee Titans WR Dorial Green-Beckham is still struggling with consistency, head coach Mike Mularkey said Sunday, Aug. 14.

Fantasy Tip: Expectations were high for Green-Beckham coming into the season, but his reviews have been less than glowing during training camp. Consider him a high-upside WR5 at this point.

Titans | DGB, Hunter unimpressive in opener

Sun, 14 Aug 2016 16:38:48 -0700

Tennessee Titans WR Dorial Green-Beckham and WR Justin Hunter were slapped with an "inconsistent" tag when head coach Mike Mularkey was asked about their performance in the preseason opener.

Fantasy Tip: Assuming Andre Johnson sticks as a veteran mentor of sorts for Tennessee's young receivers, Hunter could be looking at his last Titans' camp. Green-Beckham could be as low as fifth on the depth chart behind Rishard Matthews, Tajae Sharpe, Kendall Wright and Johnson if he doesn't pick it up. Neither Green-Beckham nor Hunter is worth an investment at the moment in fantasy.

Titans | Two Titans receivers inconsistent

Thu, 04 Aug 2016 14:35:55 -0700

Tennessee Titans WRs Dorial Green-Beckham and Justin Hunter have been inconsistent so far in training camp, according to head coach Mike Mularkey. He wants to see them make more plays.

Fantasy Tip: Hunter is still a non-factor in the fantasy realm. DGB needs to step up, though, if he wants to perform better than a WR4. The second-year receiver's fantasy value has fluctuated since last season ended, but he should be selected in low-end WR3 to high-end WR4 range for now.

Titans | Dorial Green-Beckham not in best shape

Thu, 21 Jul 2016 15:16:34 -0700

Tennessee Titans WR Dorial Green-Beckham needs to be in better shape when training camp commences, even after losing some weight last season.

Fantasy Tip: DGB has high expectations in his second season in the NFL. If he meets them, he could finish as the Titans' top wide receiver in WR3 territory. Delanie Walker, Rishard Matthews and Kendall Wright could hinder his full potential, though.
