Broncos | Paxton Lynch listed as questionable

Fri, 29 Dec 2017 15:57:14 -0800

Denver Broncos QB Paxton Lynch (ankle) practiced in full Friday, Dec. 29, and he was removed from the injury report ahead of the Week 17 start against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Fantasy Tip: Lynch will make the start, but he is apparently not 100 percent and his status during the game will be a matter of how much pain he can endure apparently. He is not a recommended fantasy starter even if he were fully healthy.

Broncos | Paxton Lynch not fully healthy

Thu, 28 Dec 2017 21:34:14 -0800

Denver Broncos QB Paxton Lynch (ankle) is still bothered by his ankle, and the injury will be a "factor" in Week 17, according to offensive coordinator Bill Musgrave.

Fantasy Tip: If you needed another reason not to start Lynch this Sunday, here it is. Even against a watered-down Chiefs defense the second-year pro is a risky play with a low ceiling.

Broncos | Paxton Lynch likely to start Week 17

Tue, 26 Dec 2017 09:18:54 -0800

Updating a previous report, Denver Broncos QB Paxton Lynch is tentatively expected to start at home Week 17 versus the Kansas City Chiefs, according to head coach Vance Joseph.

Fantasy Tip: Lynch was reportedly not quite ready to play in Week 16 due to an ankle injury, but the team previously said he would start again this season when he was 100 percent. Even though he is likely to face a skeleton crew of the Chiefs' usual defense, the 2016 first-rounder has done virtually nothing in his brief career to justify a fantasy start, so owners need to look in another direction for a quarterback streamer.
