Seattle Mariners SS Jean Segura was reinstated from the paternity list Monday, Aug. 20. Additionally, OF Ben Gamel was recalled from Class AAA Tacoma. In corresponding moves, OF Guillermo Heredia was optioned to Class AAA and RHP Matt Festa was optioned to Class AA Arkansas.

Seattle Mariners OF Guillermo Heredia and RHP Casey Lawrence were recalled from Class AAA Tacoma Tuesday, May 1. RHPs Erasmo Ramirez (shoulder) and Dan Altavilla (undisclosed) were placed on the 10-day disabled list in corresponding moves. Those transactions are retroactive to Monday, April 30.

Seattle Mariners OF Guillermo Heredia (shoulder) walked in both of his plate appearances Friday, March 2, in his first game since undergoing shoulder surgery last October. Manager Scott Servais said he is able to hit but won't play defensively for seven to 10 days. Heredia is expected to be at full strength by Opening Day.

Seattle Mariners OF Guillermo Heredia (shoulder) underwent surgery on his right shoulder Monday, Oct. 9, to repair a Bankart lesion. He will begin rehabilitation "immediately" and is expected to be ready in time for spring training next year.
