The Denver Broncos signed free-agent DT Kyle Peko (Broncos) and added him to the active roster for the Week 2 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys. In a corresponding move, DT Tyrique Jarrett was waived.

Denver Broncos QB Paxton Lynch (shoulder) and RB Devontae Booker (wrist) did not participate in practice Saturday, Sept. 9, and have been ruled out for Week 1. DT Kyle Peko (foot) was limited during practice and is listed as questionable. RB Jamaal Charles (knee), WR Demaryius Thomas (hamstring), P Riley Dixon (hip), DE Adam Gotsis (shoulder), C Matt Paradis (elbow), CB Aqib Talib (Achilles') and DE Derek Wolfe (ankle) fully participated in practice and are not on the injury report.

RB Jamaal Charles (non-injury) and CB Aqib Talib (non-injury) were able to practice in full, as did P Riley Dixon (hip), C Matt Paradis (elbow), WR Demaryius Thomas (hamstring) and DE Derek Wolfe (ankle). DE Adam Gotsis (shoulder) and NT Kyle Peko (foot) were limited participants.

Denver Broncos DT Kyle Peko (foot) suffered a broken bone in his right foot at minicamp Tuesday, June 13. He will undergo surgery Wednesday, June 14, and is expected to return during training camp.
