Former NFL RB Corey Dillon has been charged with with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving while having a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more stemming from an April arrest on suspicion of drunk driving in California, according to The Los Angeles Times' Andrew Blankstein.

Former NFL RB Corey Dillon will not be charged after his arrest for spousal abuse earlier in the month, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney, reports TMZ.com. According to documents filed by the district attorney, there was "insufficient evidence of corporal injury resulting in a traumatic condition for proof beyond reasonable doubt."

Former NFL RB Corey Dillon has been arrested in Calabasas, Calif., on allegations of spousal abuse, reports TMZ.com. According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Dillon's estranged wife, Desiree, called police claiming she had been assaulted. She suffered minor injuries, according to the report. Police say the alleged assault occurred at their home during an argument over a pending divorce and child custody issues. Dillon was held on $50,000 bail and later released.

Former NFL RB Corey Dillon was arrested Wednesday, April 21, for investigation of driving under the influence, reports The Associated Press. He was stopped in Southern California and displayed multiple symptoms of being under the influence. He reportedly admitted to drinking earlier in the evening. Dillon was released on a citation to appear in court June 21.

Christopher L. Gasper, of the Boston Globe, reports retired RB Corey Dillon would come out of retirement if he had a chance to rejoin the New England Patriots, according to his agent, Steve Feldman. Dillon has been working out with a trainer at home for over a month, and the Patriots are filled with question marks in their backfield after reported injuries to RB Laurence Maroney (foot) and Kevin Faulk (head) in Week 11. However, Feldman said the team has yet to contact Dillon. "If they needed him, he'd be more than happy to come back and help," said Feldman. "At this point, they aren't in a position that they feel they need him."

Mike Reiss, of the Boston Globe, reports New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick said during an appearance on 850 WEEI that the team is not planning to add a fifth running back to their roster. Free-agent RB Corey Dillon (Patriots) recently said he would be willing to play for New England if the Patriots were interested.

John Tomase, of the Boston Herald, reports free-agent RB Corey Dillon (Patriots) would be willing to return to the New England Patriots, according to his agent Steven Feldman. "He would absolutely, positively be interested in coming back to play for the Patriots," Feldman said. "When [RB] Sammy Morris got injured, he kind of got an inkling, he got the idea something may happen down the road. So he started working out a couple weeks ago to get in shape so that if an opportunity presented itself, he'd be ready to take advantage of it.
